At first we were disappointed with our tickets as we mistakenly thought it would allow us immediate access at any time, but we had to join the over one hour long queue. However, after just 15 minutes of waiting, people with museum passes or tickets like ours were allowed to enter, so all was good. The audio guide was excellent! We listened to the whole thing for the Monet section and then just for the paintings we were interested in for the rest of the permanent collection. It would be cheaper to book early through the museum website and book a timed slot, but we were too late for our preferred date and this ended up being a good second option.
The management was very good and we loved that the ticket had no time restriction.

I entered the museum in the same line as people without tickets for two hours. Others who lined up with me took time out to redeem tickets for high vouchers, even though they entered at the general price. Flexible meant that there was no time limit, so it was not possible to put them in line.

The only issue is that at the museum they held us back at the end of the line and when we got to the entry point they said they didn’t like Viator because people don’t have the actual ticket ready which is a cumbersome process to get, and they held us back another minutes. So give better and more detailed instructions to buyers
Great History Art and Culture Initially i was having trouble during installing Audio Guide it took too long to download I did not expect that this would be that much good

We had a good time. As an art student this is the place you definately should go.
Although I expected more, the displays were enjoyable, especially Monet’s lesser known water lily paintings. Biggest gripe, though, was the wait - we had flexible time tickets, so some waiting can be expected, but the tickets were also flagged as priority access. However, we didn’t experience ‘priority’ in any way.
