Murano glasblazen Tour: Boottocht & fabrieksbezoek

It is a very quick demonstration, but the artist is just amazing. Then you go look at all the work, but they expect you to purchase. Felt like a car dealership.

We had a fabulous experience. Very interesting and our guide was wonderful. We had a personalized tour being the only 3 on the tour. The private taxi was fun too! Beware!! When your 1.5 hr tour ends, if you don’t get back on the taxi, you need to pay your own way back. We opted to tour the island instead but weren’t told we lost our ride back.

We booked the VIP tour which included a boat ride to the island and back again with a 15min demonstration and then to the show room . Everything was beautiful but so very expensive and you felt a bit of pressure to buy . We also were supposed to get Prosecco as part of our vIp ticket but didn't receive anything . I contacted the tour operator and they said we were offered it but declined which is untrue. Overall not good value don't waste your time going .

Great shorter tour giving you what you need to know about the process of glass blowing and getting to see their showroom of magnificent pieces! Worth the time and price!

We chose the VIP option and really loved it! We had the boat to ourselves both ways, which was such a nice way to see the lagoon. The glass factory was huge and beautiful — it felt like there were at least 50 different rooms to explore! I’m a big turtle lover and spotted the most amazing glass turtle. Definitely one of my favorite pieces.

Filippo was amazing! Super friendly and always happy to answer our questions. We spent about an hour exploring the glass factory and he explained the history of Murano glass and all the different techniques along the way. We learned so much and had a really great time. Thank you Filippo!!

The Murano tour was excellent and we definitely recommend it, but what really stood out was Voir Venise. They were incredibly helpful and even managed to get us tickets for St. Mark’s Basilica for the next day. Such lovely and knowledgeable people. Great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely use this agency again!

The director Alexandre was incredible!!! We got delayed and ended up late for our tour, he made it all happen anyways. He is a huge asset for that company!

Really nice experience! We were with two other couples, all English speakers, and the group was great. Everything was well organized and we really enjoyed seeing the glassmaking up close. Totally recommend it if you’re interested in Murano glass.
