Plantagewandeling is een dagtocht. Degenen die naar Munnar komen, kunnen voor deze activiteit kiezen. Dit omvat een wandeling van maximaal 1-2 uur door de theeplantage en interactie met theeplukkers om de lokale cultuur van de mensen te leren kennen. Bovendien is deze wandeling goed voor de gezondheid in de vorm van het inademen van pure zuurstof en gemoedsrust. Het is een nieuwe attractie geïntroduceerd door Lockhart Farm Tourism in Munnar. Het doel van dit unieke programma is om theeliefhebbers over de hele wereld de unieke ervaring te geven om hun eigen thee te maken van theeplant tot kopje. De Lockhart theefabriek staat bekend om zijn orthodoxe thee die op traditionele wijze wordt geproduceerd. Het museum omvat een levende fabriek die werd gebouwd in 1936 en een theeverkooppunt en theeproeverijen. No guide. After waiting for one hour, the tour managment kept telling us to wait for a guide they apparently could not contact. Very poor service
Loved the trek, my guide showed the best spots to take pictures and was so knowledgeable. The tea factory tour was also fabulous and I got to taste so many varieties of teas. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Munnar

Amazing experience with Mani! This tour was exactly what I wanted: a calm, peaceful and informative walk through the plantations, a visit fo the factory and a nice little tasting moment. I was lucky to be alone on the tour and Mani (who was so knowledgeable) was so open to accommodating my preferences. They were also very responsive! Truly recommend!

Munnar is a beautiful hill station with stunning tea plantations, pleasant weather, and breathtaking scenery. The roads are scenic, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Very easy process and great operator here in Munnar. Hotel pick up and drop off was arranged. The tea trail is great with guide Mari who is very knowledgeable. Walk for 90-120 minutes with amazing panoramic views of munnar. Mari gave a great explanation of the tea process. Tuk tuk to the tea factory for an in depth look into tea process and finally tea tasting. Definitely recommended and appreciated the hard work of Mari our guide.
