3 uur durende Bollywood Studio-rondleiding, dus mis de Bollywood-tour nooit als je Mumbai bezoekt. Bollywood-studiotour begint met het handig ophalen van het hotel door een voertuig met airconditioning dat bestemd is voor een Bollywood-studio. Kom aan in het Bollywood Museum waar je een glimp opvangt van de posters en foto's van beroemde Bollywood-acteurs en vervolgens wordt je begeleid naar een van airconditioning voorziene danszaal met een versierd podium en muzieksysteem in Bollywood-stijl en je zult ook technici aan het werk zien en zelfs een kijkje nemen in de make-upkamers van de acteur. Great tour, learn about Bollywood. Visit a live show being taped. Learn about the music and watch a live presentation. We visited several movie sets, police station, hospital, luxury mansion. Recorded. Song, great way to spend your time in Mumbai
The whole experience was 5* from top to bottom. We were picked up by our very friendly driver Prasad and taken to SJ studios where we had a tour of the studios from Zarin who was excellent. She answered all of our questions and showed us several ongoing live shoots that were happening around the studio. Following the tour we were driven to Juhu and then Bandra to see all of the actors houses by Prasad. Prasad stopped off at all of the houses and allowed us to get out and take pictures outside the houses. A major point for us was seeing Amitabh outside his house on Sunday as he waves to his fans on this day. Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend.
JS Studios Bollywood We were familiar with Indian cinema, but this personal tour significantly deepened our appreciation and understanding. The magnitude of the operation at the JS Studios, the multiple sets, and constant filming were fascinating. We were allowed on two sets while filming was being done. The tour also included three short films on the 100-year-old Indian film industry, professional Bollywood dance performances, one of which we were encouraged to participate in. We also learned about post production and "fought zombies" in green-screen action sequences. An unbelievable FUN tour. Thanks, Zarin.
Today we had an amazing 3 hour tour of SJ Studios in Bollywood. Our private guide, Sareen, was knowledgeable, personable and allowed us to partake in the sound, editing, and dance sequences associated with Bollywood films. We also had the opportunity to see a couple of tapings, ie, an ongoing soap opera and a vertical drama. It was very informative and fun. Highly recommend!
Super fun behind the scenes tour of how audio and voice overs are done & so much more. This tour includes a short Bollywood dance performance and you can dress up and join in. You walk the lot and visit many different movie sets like a hospital, a courtroom and a diner all used in Bollywood movies. The guide was great and this is a great tour if you are short on time. It's only around 2 hours. * Viator description says they will pick up at hotel, but we did get a message the night before saying we needed to get there on our own, so check before booking.
Fantastic behind the scenes tour at studios, able to go on set and watch live filming. The Bollywood dancing and Karaoke were an unexpected fun surprise. Sameer is a perfect guide. So polite, courteous and great knowledge. The transport was very good, clean, safe and air conditioned.
We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Mumbai - in fact, we already have recommended this to friends who are visiting Mumbai in a couple of weeks. Our guide and driver were outstanding and the young lady who guided us round the studios was wonderful! We can honestly say that we felt this was a much better experience than the Hollywood studios tours we have been on in the past as we were not only able to look at the sets but we were also able to watch live filming, we were shown how the sound is edited and there was a dance demonstration, which was brilliant. Nowhere seemed out-of-bounds and we were really able to see behind the scenes, which was great. There were also some very well-made, very interesting short films which showed how various aspects of filmmaking are done. All in all, it was a great experience and we left feeling very impressed - Hollywood take note!
The visit was really nice and we experienced a glims of the studio work in Bollywood and its major movies in the past. Our guide Sameer guided us perfectly and everything was well organised.
The guide was fantastic! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very interesting. We loved the dancers, the sets, and best of all, watched the taping of a TV series episode.
