It was a bad experience that I ever had for my trip to Mt Buller. Firstly this place it too commercialise, secondly this place is too crowed, thirdly this place is having so little snow and lastly the bus fleet service was the worst experience I ever had. They are not educated, inpolite and unkind and helpful at the customer service at the counter as well as the bus fleet driver which we board, we are having a infant and children with us and the driver are just picky on us and told us we can’t have any carry-on bags lncluding duffle bag or hand carry bags with us, and this really rediculas.. I will not recommend any tourist to come here..

Pathetic was asked to be at the pick up point by 520 am and it's been more than an hour no trace of the tour operator and also not responding to calls Definitely not an experience that we would have loved and definitely this is the last time that we would trust this Trip advisor you need to check with whom you are partnering if not you would lose customers

Kids up at 4 and out of pocket for transport to and from pick up location for the bus! Advised to arrive on time for 5:20 departure and we do with 7 other individuals in the same place at the pick up location as listed. 10,20,30,40 minutes goes by. An hour and a half later and still no sign of the bus or tour guide. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Awful, driver didn't even show up

This was the biggest flop ever!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Vast Group for our Mt Buller day trip. The driver never showed up, and there was absolutely no communication whatsoever regarding any cancellation or delay. We were left waiting in the freezing Melbourne weather for over two hours, trying to figure out what was going on. To make matters worse, we attempted to call the contact number provided 19 times and did not receive a single response. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. A simple message or update would have made a huge difference, but we were left stranded and frustrated. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

We are family of 5 with 3 adult children. We travelled with the 24 occupants white van which is okay (driver named Tony); a small group consisting of international holidaymakers. 6 Aug, it was raining when we reached the parking area 2. The Mt Buller resort was okay and it was snowing for a few moments which was great and captured on camera in that specific moments. We bought the Mt Buller sightseeing chairlifts ticket for 5pax and it drizzles a bit when we are riding it to the Northside Express station up on the mountain. The snow there was thick, and fantastic , my children had a blast there!... The only obstacles is the condition of the weather drizzling (raining) here and there which hindered the sightseeing through the village. It was misty and foggy, very cold if you are soaking wet. We missed the village walk / viewing, if possible will come again and hope with better weather conditions!! I fully recommended this.

Had a good experience, driver was friendly and knowledgeable, but please provide allocated seats as people who were travelling together were sitting in separate window seats, we as a couple had to seat in separate seats.

Good value for money and efficient service to go in day trip to Mt Buller, felt safe and valued although if you don’t skit you waster 2 hours at ski hire maybe they should offer alterntive for non skiers
