Onze chocolatiers begeleiden u bij het mengen van hazelnoten, het toevoegen van pistache- en marsepeinlagen en eindigen met een chocoladecoating naar keuze. What a fun experience and our teacher was beyond amazing. She was enhancing and made the entire experience magical. The kids even my teenagers had so much fun. We all came out with a ton of Mozart Balls that looked like works of art and tasted even better.
This was a lot of fun. The chocolate was amazing. I really enjoyed my time there. The homemade hot chocolate was really fun to make and tasted yummy.
Workshop was well timed and well conducted. The self-created cocoa delicious. The term museum is misleading. Rather display board and children's short video between men and women's toilet.
My friend and I took the Mozartkugel workshop knowing nothing about the confection until we got a “big box” pre-wrapped version the day before our class, but omg the creations we made at this workshop are SO much better! We learned a lot about chocolate and the evolution of the Austrian chocolate scene. Would absolutely take a class here again. Added treat was masking the traditional “bitter water” traditional chocolate drink while our creations firmed up!
Very fun and delicious and informational! I was able to make mine with three different kinds of chocolate, all of which are very yummy!
Very fun experience, helps you to live in the moment, helps you appreciate the chocolate making procedure…. And you end up with many chocolates to enjoy!!!! Our instructor was very passionate and very pleasant to work with ( Jenaiya if I am spelling it correctly)
Selma was an amazing instructor. So personable and fun! We loved the experience but it was much more enjoyable with her!
One of the best experiences in Vienna! The chocolatiers were great teachers. Made for a fun afternoon. Got to leave with your own Mozart balls!
Our family had a great time making Motzart chocolates and hot coco. Our instructor Jaanyna was great at explaining the process and giving us a history on chocolate making. This is fun for young kids as well as teens. You get to take home your chocolates to enjoy the rest of your travels.
