Bewonder adembenemende besneeuwde berglandschappen tijdens deze dagtocht van Zürich naar de Titlisberg. Eerst wijst uw Gids u op enkele topattracties van Luzern tijdens een korte oriëntatierit door de stad, gevolgd door wat vrije tijd in deze charmante stad. Daarna gaat u verder naar Engelberg in de Zwitserse Alpen en rijdt u in een draaiende kabelbaan naar de top van de machtige Titlisberg voor majestueuze uitzichten op ijsrotsen en spleten. Kom dichter bij de spleten in de Ice Flyer stoeltjeslift, geniet van een sneeuwbad in het Glacier Park en loop over Europa's hoogste hangbrug voor meer spectaculaire uitzichten. Optioneel (in de winter, alleen voor skibeginners): Kies de optie Snow Experience. Glijd de heuvel af op sneeuwbuizen en probeer eens in je leven te skiën op de Beginner pistes – zeker een onvergetelijke ervaring die je niet mag missen. Een medewerker van Titlis Snow Park (Engels sprekend) zorgt voor de uitrusting en houdt toezicht op de activiteiten.

Vanaf het centraal gelegen busstation Sihlquai begint de schilderachtige busreis door de stad Zürich, het prachtige uitzicht op het platteland en langs de oevers van het Vierkantenmeer naar Luzern.
Geniet van een korte oriëntatierit, waarbij uw Gids de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van dit charmante stadje aanwijst, zoals de Kapelbrug, het stadhuis, de Jezuïetenkerk en het Cultuur- en Conventiecentrum (KKL). Geniet van wat vrije tijd om de oude binnenstad te verkennen voordat de reis verder gaat naar Engelberg, waar het dalstation van de Titlis-kabelbaan ligt.
Bij het dalstation begint de adembenemende tocht met de verschillende kabelbanen naar de top van de Titlis, gelegen op 3000 m boven zeeniveau. Geniet van de spectaculaire aanblik van de diepe gletsjerspleten en gigantische ijskeien vanaf de draaiende kabelbaan Rotair. Op de top van de Titlis wacht u een hoog alpine panorama.
Bezoek de Glacier Cave en passeer over Europa's hoogste hangbrug - de Cliff Walk! Maak een ritje met de Ice Flyer die je dicht bij de spleten en het Glacier Park brengt waar je zelfs in de zomer snowtubing kunt ervaren! Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op de Alpen vanuit de restaurants of het zonneterras.
Uw dagtrip vol actie naar de Titlis-berg wordt om ongeveer 19.00 uur afgesloten met een drop-off bij Sihlquai Coach Terminal in het centrum van Zürich.

We booked a day tour and it was a great tour. Both of us enjoyed thoroughly. Wonderful experience.
The trip was well organized and our guide was v helpful, friendly and excellent in explaining history about the nearby places. However it was a rainy day and we were not able to do the activities at the top of the mountain which was disappointing
Breathtaking scenery beautiful drive. Long day, but well worth it. Highly recommended to do when in Zurich. Unfortunately our tour guide talked constantly and of course in two languages. The microphone was turned up way too loud. It was just nonstop chatter for the entire drive going there. It gave everybody a headache very nice lady, but she talked too much and was too loud.
Our trip started in Lauterbrunnen, and it was so beautiful we walked around and passed shops, we went into some chocolate shops and it was amazing! Afterwards we headed to Mt.Titlis where we enjoyed the gondolas, the ice flyer thankfully it was clear sunny skies! And the cliff walk! It was all so surreal, seeing the mountains from way up there! The guide was super informative and I loved the fun facts he gave too! Just be prepared to wait a long line for the rotating air lift coming and going!
Marianne or marienne the guide is arrogant, shouts at the tourists. Food and drinks not allowed in the bus. It is because they sell water. Almost zero visibility, foggy at the very top so nothing to see if one rides the ice flyer. Glacier cave is closed also. Nice view though at trubsee.
We traveled to Lucerne and Mt. Titlis last week. We had beautiful weather and received excellent background information from our guide, Michelle, who was engaged and interesting. She made a point of getting to know each person on the tour, making sure our questions were answered and we were having a great experience. I would recommend her highly. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 reasons we chose this tour were closed because of the high temperatures. I was informed about one of them ONLY because I reached out to Viator before leaving to inquire about proper clothing. But the second one, which we were all really looking forward to experiencing, we were told about on the bus. We would have appreciated being informed a few days prior so we could have chosen a different excursion (or canceled) if that was our choice. It did lessen our enjoyment of a beautiful place to visit.
I was a little hesitant for this tour because of the 10 hour time frame but it turned out perfect. The meeting area is very close to the train station but keep in mind, you can't bring coffee on the bus. (Learned this the hard way...) Alexander our guide was great at describing things along the way to our first stop and the view is incredible. We arrived in Lucerne and were given about 2 hours to walk around which was plenty of time. After that we headed to Mt Titlis and had about 3 hours to see everything. You take a series of cable cars up to the top and have a few things to do and see while up there. If you are there during the summer, you will still probably see snow but you won't need winter clothes. Give yourself extra time to do the zipline and/or rowing in the small lake. You then finish up the day with a nice ride back to the bus station. They do pretty well on time getting you back at 7pm but the traffic might slow you down a little bit. Such a great tour and definitely worth the money! (The worst part of it is just a little bit of a tight fit on the bus, especially if you are tall or big).
