Dit is een dagtocht om de hoogste berg van Afrika te ervaren, de dagtocht naar de Kilimanjaro. Je wordt vergezeld door onze professionele en goed opgeleide berggids. Je wandelt tot je de eerste hut bereikt waar mensen overnachten tijdens het beklimmen van de berg gedurende 5-6 dagen langs de Marangu-route. Dit is een geweldige ervaring! Kom met ons klimmen!

Na het ontbijt wordt u opgehaald met lunchpakketten in de hand en naar de Marangu Gate gereden. Bij de poort doorloopt u de registratie en betaalt u toegangsprijzen voor het park. Vanaf hier begint u uw wandeling van 3-4 uur en bereikt u de eerste hut, Mandara Hut, op een hoogte van 2700 meter. Onderweg kun je het mos en de korstmossen, wijnstokken, bloemen en spectaculaire orchideeën bewonderen. Je bezoekt de Maundi-krater en geniet van de adembenemende landschappen en het schilderachtige uitzicht op de Kilimanjaro terwijl je je heerlijke lunch eet. Uw gids leidt u vervolgens terug naar de Marangu-poort, waar het voertuig en de chauffeur wachten om u terug te brengen naar uw hotel / lodge. Hier eindigt uw safari.

Climbing Kilimanjaro and visiting Ol Doinyo Lengai with this team was absolutely unforgettable! The guides were professional, supportive, and motivating, while the porters and staff made everything smooth and enjoyable. The organization was amazing, transport, meals, and accommodations were all taken care of. The scenery was breathtaking, and the team made sure we could fully enjoy every moment. I wish I could put 100 stars for Lindo Tours. Stephan is absolutely amazing. He provided the premier Kilimanjaro experience. His staff was spectacular. Felix the lead guide knew exactly the ways in which to survive and thrive on the hike up to Uhuru Peak and beyond. I truly would not have made it to the top if Lindo Tours was not so masterful at the mission of making it all of the way in style. Stephan also organized our travel to Zanzibar and on safaris which were also exceptional. I fully recommend Stephan and Lindo Tours without reservation. Stephan provides a true customized experience that beats all other tour companies.

Really great trip. We were a group with varying ability levels. We took the entire time to get up and back, but our younger travelers were able to run ahead and check us out in time. Wasili and Stephan were really amazing and they made sure we were safe the whole time. We got to see some blue monkeys, and a Dikdik. It was really muddy, but it was a lot of fun. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to try hiking at Kilimanjaro, but don’t have the time to summit.

Nice and easy hike through the forest to the first camping site on the way to kilimanjaro summit. Good food provided for lunch. Very nice and kind guide. Do not expect to have a view of the kilimanjaro mountain especially in foggy days. A little bit expensive but depends on what you are interested to see.

We admit that the Kilimanjaro Day Hike is a bit expensive compare to other day trips that we offer, this is because of the Kilimanjaro National Park's fees which are USD $82.6 per person, and for you, the extra transport cost from Arusha to Moshi made it even a bit more expensive. We are glad that you could afford it, and had a chance to experience this great adventure of testing Mount Kilimanjaro up to 2700m. Excellent tour and great group of guys. Really enjoyed the mountain and felt like the guide was really knowledgeable about all the different nature aspects. It’s always good to see and learn things that you cannot read in books. He kept a good pace and recognized that I was not going as fast and kept it to my pace which was very appreciated. A few weeks ago, we and the awesome team of Lindo Travel started to hike Mount Kilimanjaro. This had been my biggest adventure in my life. The owner of the company, the guides and porter did an outstanding job to make this life goal come true. For the whole expedition, the team was caring to make everything perfect and make sure that we reach the summit. Everything was so good prepared, nice food, highly experience guides and medical check every day to ensure everyone is fine. There was not a single moment where anything went wrong. Stephan, the Owner, is running an African travel company, which provides Europe standards with local people that knows best about Africa, the mountain and everything. Everything we aligned beforehand went well, awesome communication, all money related topics where perfect. Compared with other companies that I saw on the mountain I feels like these people trying to go the extra mile to be the best. After Kilimanjaro we went for a Safari, almost made it to see the big five – we just missed the leopard with is rare to see. The parks, the well-qualified guide, the accommodations, the food where perfect again. Highly recommended agency!
