Mount Fuji: volledige dag sightseeingtour vanuit Tokio

Beschrijving

Great trip to Mount Fuji and 3 other scenic stops. Natalie was a great guide. The 5th station of Mount Fuji was a highlight.
Our bus driver was fantastic! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable in her home country and very helpful in telling us information about the surrounding areas and of Mt.Fugi. I will forever remember this day! Thanks guys , you two are the dynamic duo, stay that way❤️❤️
Amazing and sunny taking the tour at Mount Fuji. Tour guide went above and beyond with the service to ensure a smooth experience.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback.
Want to shout out this amazing company! I missed the bus but they were really supportive and helpful in allowing me to continue with the tour. The tour itself stops at some amazing sites near Mount Fuji. Also - Natalie is the best tour guide everrrr (and I’ve done a lot of tours). She is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She even gave me great suggestions for restaurants and how to go about doing other excursions in Japan! One suggestion I have for those who book this tour is to double check whether Mount Fuji will actually be visible on the day you plan to visit, this will make your experience even better :)
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It’s great to hear that you had a memorable experience visiting the beautiful sites around Mount Fuji. We’re especially happy to hear your kind words about Natalie—we’ll be sure to share your compliments with her. She’ll be delighted to know she made such a positive impact on your trip. We truly appreciate your support and hope to welcome you again on another tour in Japan!
Tour bus/ tour guide left without me. I was there 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time at the location given and still got left. Tour guide claims she "have been calling for the ONTABI Mt Fuji day tour" but there were many other tour guides in a crowded/noisy area. I even asked other tour guides in the same meeting point if I was on their list and all said no. So I wouldnt know how the tour was as the bus/ tour guide left without me. Not organized well at all
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we would like to clarify that the meeting point details were provided in advance, and our guide was present at the designated location. The guide was calling out for the tour group, and all other guests were able to locate the guide and join the tour successfully. The guide also waited until the scheduled departure time; however, as tours in Japan operate on a strict schedule, we are required to depart on time and cannot delay for individual guests. We understand that the meeting area can be busy with multiple tour groups, and we recommend that guests arrive slightly earlier and check in directly with the guide upon arrival. We regret that you were unable to join the tour and appreciate your understanding.
Great tour to see Mt. Fuji from different locations. The only thing that I think could be changed is not going to Mt. Fuji or the cultural center to give more time to spend at Shimoyoshida Station stop so there’s enough time to climb to Arakurayama Fuji Sengen Shrine.
Thank you for your kind feedback.
Should know traffic congestion along the freeway Tour lost lots of time because of the traffic delay
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that traffic congestion can be frustrating. However, traffic conditions—especially on highways—can be unpredictable and may vary depending on the day, weather, and overall road conditions. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for sharing your comments with us.
Mount Fuji was a good day trip and was great to see and experience. All of the stops were interesting and cool to see the local areas and shrine. However this felt more like a shuttle bus service rather than a guided tour. We would be dropped off in each place and given a time to return to the bus so did not have any guided element to it. In each place we did not have much time so it felt quite rushed. Good day out but would probably pick a guided tour next time.
My 3 friends and I were so excited about this tour but were kind of let down a bit. First of, we had no clue HOW to meet our guide. Although we knew WHERE, they didn’t tell us how to spot our guide. I even sent an inquiry if there was going to be a flag (like most guides do) that he/she would carry but no response. The meeting place was packed with other tours and we had to ask each tour guide if we belonged to their group. We finally found our guide who came later with a stuffed bear as her flag (I think it was a stuffed bear). We knew it was a long trip from Shinjuku to Mount Fuji but the more than 3 hours ride back was way too long due to traffic. The 10-hour tour turned into 12+ hours with more than half of it spent traveling. Our guide Iris was nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, her command of the English language wasn’t up to par so we didn’t get all of the knowledge she wanted to impart. Another let down was Mount Fuji. We couldn’t get to the 5th station due to snow so we settled at the 4th station where Mount Fuji wasn’t visible. We just settled taking pictures with the snow. We went down to the 3rd station to perhaps see part of Mount Fuji but all we saw was a tiny part of its top covered in snow. So the Mount Fuji Full Day tour as the title implied was missing the most important sight - Mount Fuji!
The guides English was very hard to understand..The meeting point was chaotic.Noone new that Viator had a tour.
