Onze pioniersgeest bij La Maison Arabe leidde ons ertoe om in 2001 de eerste kookschool in het Koninkrijk Marokko te openen. Liefhebbers van eten die in Marrakech verblijven, kunnen enkele geheimen van de Marokkaanse traditionele keuken ontdekken. De workshops worden gegeven door een dada (traditionele Marokkaanse kok), naast een vertaler (Arabisch / Engels / Frans) en worden gehouden door de kookschool in de buurt van het Riad-Hotel La Maison Arabe of door de geheime tuinen weg van de drukte van de medina. De Marokkaanse kookworkshops bij La Maison Arabe laten je de ins en outs van het bereiden van een Marokkaans gerecht leren in een prachtige nieuwe workshop met state-of-the-art apparatuur. De werkplekken zijn individueel en er worden alleen verse lokale ingrediënten van de hoogste kwaliteit gebruikt. Kookworkshops bij La Maison Arabe bieden 2 opties : * 1 uur express Marokkaanse kookworkshops : 2 sessies per dag : 1:30 uur (lunch) & 18:00 uur (diner). * 3 uur Marokkaanse kookworkshop : 2 sessies per dag om 10 uur (lunch) en 15 uur (diner).
Annuleer ten minste 24 uur voor de geplande vertrektijd om een volledige restitutie te ontvangen.
I absolutely loved this cooking class. The workshop is beautiful and each cooking station is set up nicely. Wafa was very sweet and gave great instructions. The chicken tagine was so good that I may even try to make it at home.
My family and I enjoyed that this was a very fast moving cooking class. We learned quite a lot and also enjoyed eating our own Tagine.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. We wish we had booked the 3 hour experience. Dont eat beforehand as you get to eat your delicious tagine afterwards.
Good location. Great kitchen! Friendly staff! Very lovely chef! Dinner area was nice. 4/5 due to value for cost but otherwise lovely!

One of our trip highlights. Everyone was enthusiastic, high energy, and really cared. The dish was great too - they even gave everyone a certificate and tajine pot in the end as a gift. Lovely experience!
Amazing experience. My only regret was not doing the 3 hour cooking class. I also booked thr hammam before the cooking workshop at the same hotel that the class is in and had drinks at the rooftop. Great value for what I paid.
This was a great experience in a beautiful setting. The staff and chef were super nice and entertaining. We learned about spices and then they took us to the cooking room. Everyone had their own stove-top set-up, with a TV giving you a close-up view of the chef’s direction. There were adults and kids present and each of us made our own dishes (3). After we were done they took us to a dinning room where they served us the food we made, along with bread and a dessert. Do not eat before going to this class! I highly recommend the experience.
Exceptional experience - the ladies run an incredible culinary workshop, so professional, energetic, warm & hospitable. Genuine must-do - couples, solo, friends, etc.
Very nice and friendly teachers. Highly recommended. Each its own fire, tagine and screen.
