On arrival at the meeting point the only tour taking place was provided by "White Umbrella". This was a free tour and they had no record of our booking or, indeed, any knowledge of Pancho Tours. There were no other tours leaving the Plaza Espana or the statue meeting point (beside the Plaza) We telephoned Pancho Tours several times to complain but they were not available to take our call Why pay a booking fee (£12.52) to go on a free tour which is available for free to anyone just turning up at the meeting point in Plaza Espana! We went on the free tour, without the need to book in advance, provided by White Umbrella - this tour was very enjoyable and informative.
On the 15th-08th I have a reservation for the hotel the parking lot of Luarca (Asturias) and when I arrive at it they tell me that I have to pay it. I present and show you the bank charge you made to me the previous day Booking with respect to that reservation and the hotel owner tells me, that it is not your problem, that you do not want to talk to Booking and that either I pay or I seek my life in another hotel, total that I had no choice but to repay. I try to contact Booking at the customer service phone and from this I am referred to a special telephone and they hold my call until I hang up. Contact via e-mail to Customer Service and I am asked, all kinds of supporting documents, bank charges (do not have enough) bank statement (does not serve you) Double charge screen (does not serve them either). They acknowledge that I have paid the hotel because I sent them an invoice that they made to me in the same but their charge -DONE BY THEM- did not recognize it. To this day I am still waiting for a response from you. I thought they were a serious Enterprise, but I'm sure these "professionals" shouldn't be used. It is clear to me that both I and my family and friends will not operate with this Enterprise to which I dare not put adjectives for education. I want to share my experience with the entire forum so that they take rating of this type of performance.
We went on this freetour of Seville he was fun and entertaining. From here thank Paul who explained it very well and told us many anecdotes of the city.
Free tour with Ruben: fun, fun, interesting ... it got very short. Very good experience: A++++++. Highly recommended.
The tour very interesting but the best was the guide, RUBEN. A great professional and a phenomenal person. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We spent two great hours. He showed us secret sites in Seville and told very interesting stories that are not included in the guides. We were sorry that we did not book with him the visit to the Alcázar (he is a great specialist in the matter), but there was no place left.
Thanks to Pablo we were able to get a lot out of the city in such a few days. He was our guide during the morning, on a Freetour. He told us the story in a very entertaining way, it was a very enjoyable tour and I am truly grateful and congratulate him for his work. I totally recommend it!!! Thank you very much Pablo!!! (Ginna, Karina and Oiana).
Muchas gracias
We took a fantastic tour with Rafa! So interesting to not only get a proper historical perspective on this amazing city from a local expert but some really interesting contemporary commentary thoughts as well. All delivered with such boundless enthusiasm and energy! We were just delighted to take this tour and savour in his specialist knowledge, a treat.
Thank you so much for sharing your review! We are delighted to hear that the tour with Rafa was enjoyable. We hope to see you again soon.

We loved it. Highly recommended. Fran is very friendly and gets involved a lot. A lot of enthusiasm and desire to show what you know about your city.
¡Muchas gracias Helena!
The guide we were assigned was Sara. In short, bad, very bad. It hadn't been five minutes since he started talking and he had already made three historic blunders: 1 The Romans entered the Peninsula as invaders and the Muslims are not known how,(the same was handing out flowers). 2.The most stable time on the peninsula was low in Muslim rule. Someone should tell you why even in Spain the expression "this looks like the kingdoms of Taifas" is used. 3. Columbus was lost and we went to the Americas to bring us the gold and make slaves for the indigenous people. For God's sake, there were children there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laws of the Indies ordained by the Catholic Kings for those colonies were the origin of what we know today as Human Rights .In 1500, Queen Elizabeth issued a decree that banned slavery. Thus a new right is born that recognizes that the freedoms of men and peoples are inherent in themselves, and therefore belong to them above the considerations of any prince or pope. The third one I couldn't do anymore and I had to correct it. I understand that people who guide don’t have the history and art major, but at least they should go a little prepared. He told us three most irrelevant anecdotes (with the history of that city!). We feel slighted, and worst of all, he allowed himself the luxury of assessing and interpreting historical facts from today's perspective. I may be being a little harsh but this lady I don't know who she thought she was talking to, not telling any historical facts about the greatness of this city and giving us lessons in values. I have hired many tours in different cities in Europe and Spain and have never seen anything like this.
Buenos dias.
