Het avontuur begint met een korte introductie van je Navajo-gids, die je vervolgens meeneemt op een onvergetelijke reis naar Monument Valley. Je gids navigeert je naar waar de sterren het helderst zijn. Geniet van de luxe van het verkennen van de omgeving en kijk hoe je gids de sterren tot leven brengt door middel van verhalen vertellen en live optredens. Sabrina was an excellent guide. She brought extra tripods and showed participants (there were 8 of us) how to set up the tripods as well as our iphones. I liked what I was getting with my iphone, I stopped using my Mirrorless Sony! The information she shared about Navajo customs and stars was very interesting. She ended the night beautifully singing a traditional Navajo song. 10 stars!
If you're looking to get out and learn a little about native traditions and astro photography (Cell Phone and Camera) this tour is terrific. I had a great night with the women who brought us into Monument Valley. They are knowledgeable and entertaining (especially Donna (sp?) It was so much fun.
We did the Stargazing Tour with Comasheena. It was absolutely breathtaking. Every participant knew how to photograph perfect starry skies after the tour - whether with their mobile phone or camera. She had tripods with her and delighted us with many insights into her Navajo personal life today and as a child. I think it's the most expensive tour, but definitely worth every penny. You learn something for eternity and have the chance to be in Monument Valley in the middle of the night, which is not possible. Absolutely stunning and mystical.
We really appreciated the fact they allowed us to cancel last minute due to horrible weather conditions. With a full refund. Classy outfit.
Tour leaves from the View hotel. Our guide Sabrina was wonderful. The park is DARK at night. Most new cell phones can take great pics with the right settings. Do some research ahead so you can set your phone. Sabrina set up my phone and I took some amazing pics with my cell, better than others on the tour with expensive star gazing gear. This remains one of my favorite experiences
The BEST tour. We did lots of different guided tours but this was the best. So much to say it was breathtaking. Comie was lovely, informative, and patient. If you only do 1 tour do this!

Amazing, peaceful, and intimate experience. My tour guide was amazing! However, I would confirm your ticket purchase with the company beforehand because my name was not on the list when I got there, and the meeting directions were unclear. I bought my ticket on Friday for a Saturday slot (it still should’ve been confirmed because my card got charged). If I had not encountered the other two people in my group and waited with them outside by the tour buses, I would’ve been waiting in the hotel lobby (as my ticket instructions said to) and no one would’ve known to look for me. I drove 3 hours to see this event, I would’ve wasted a 3 hour drive and $190
This was a nighttime tour so it was a little bit different. The stars were amazing. It does last for over 2 hours so make sure you eat dinner before going on the tour.
This tour was amazing. Everyone should experience the night sky in such a beautiful part of the USA. Our tour guide Comasheena was an incredible teacher who worked with individuals’ cameras to photograph the night sky. She was very friendly, professional and so full of knowledge.
