Je gids haalt je direct op bij je hotel of accommodatie in Montreal. Wacht alstublieft buiten de hoofdingang of in de lobby van het hotel, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Uw voertuig is een schone, comfortabele SUV of minibus, bestuurd door North Adventures. Bij aankomst zal de gids u benaderen en uw naam roepen. Als uw straat afgesloten is of tijdelijk ontoegankelijk is, neemt uw gids contact met u op om het dichtstbijzijnde veilige ophaalpunt te bevestigen.

Our guide Isaac met us at our hotel and drove right to the Omega Park where we watched so many animals. Thr guide provided us with the food for deer. He stopped the car and gave is enough time and opportunity to observe and feed animals. My daughter was so happy and she admitted that this trip was great. It didn't seem like the way to get to park was long, everything went smoothy when no traffic. We were given enough time for lunch and tree climbing. I very much recommend this tour!
Isaac was fantastic! We had an amazing time. It was fun and educational. Isaac knew just where to find the animals, how long to stay in each spot for and was wonderful with both my 7 year old daughter and 75 year old mother. The drive there from Montreal was relaxing. Definitely wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty from Elk drool and carrots. The entire trip exceeded our expectations.
Isaac is a great tour guide! Bring binoculars and wear clothes that you don't mind getting elk drool on. Check the program schedule for the day before leaving for the park. Missed a talk on wolverines I would have enjoyed. I found out about it too late. I loved the big animal heads coming in the window begging for carrots. Overall a great day.
It was well worth the trip! Our guide Darya was exceptional. Being able to personally feed some of the animals was priceless.
This Tour operator did not show up the morning of the activity. We tried to call them. We tried to contact them via WhatsApp chat and via the app. We also called.Viator customer service who put us on hold while they tried to reach the Tour director and got no answer. After this no-show, they denied us a refund of $633 because we were less than 24 hours before the start of the tour as we sat at the entrance of this park the meeting point. We received no phone call or text message from them in the days leading up to the trip to tell us where an alternate meeting point might be so we showed up at the one advertised on the listing. Terrible experience we are out $633 and not satisfied with the third-party operator or Viator customer service
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed, and we’d like to clarify the situation for future travelers. This tour departs from Montreal at 9:00 a.m., as stated in the listing. A pickup location must be confirmed in advance. In this case, no pickup location was selected at booking. More than 24 hours before the tour, we contacted the traveler to confirm the pickup point. At that time, we were informed that the travelers were in Ottawa, which is over 2 hours away from Montreal. We clearly explained that we do not operate departures from Ottawa and that the tour does not start at Parc Omega. Unfortunately, the travelers chose to go directly to the park on their own, without any confirmation that a guide would meet them there. Meanwhile, the guide and vehicle departed on time from Montreal with the reserved seats. This was not a no-show by the operator, but a misunderstanding regarding the departure location, despite prior communication. For this reason, the refund request could not be accepted. We always recommend future guests carefully review the departure details and confirm their pickup location in advance so we can provide the best possible experience.
We came across this park almost by chance, when they were going from Ottawa to Montreal. It was supposed to be a couple of hours stopover, we stayed all day so excited. To do absolutely not only if you have children. It was great to see so many animals that we are definitely not used to seeing in southern Italy 😅.
Eugenio was terrific! Laid back, accommodating, knowledgeable, and informative! I was getting a coffee when he arrived, and it was no issue for him to wait a few minutes until I got the coffee. He brought a HUGE amount of carrots for us to feed the animals. My husband is on a walker, and Eugenio stayed with him and helped him out whenever needed. He’s a very kind and polite tour with impeccable English, French, & Spanish. My husband & I saw more animals than we ever dreamed we would see! It was a perfect day ! I highly recommend it!!
Magnificent safari to see animals, a part of them indigenous as deer, maples, wolves, bears. Oh, too. Other animals like bison, foxes, eagles, owls... I highly recommend it
We did the Cocktail with the Wolves at the Park Omega wolf observatory. The naturalist guides were very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and were able to answer all our questions. The food was excellent and the staff extremely polite and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!!!
Great park to visit to get really close to the animals and feed the deer. Loved seeing the wolves, bears and moose as well.
