I had booked a tour in advance that was called the Montreal sightseeing tour started at nine or at 1 o'clock when I get to the counter of the office. I wait to go on my tour but what they had given us as a hop on hop off bracelet and that is not what I booked I went back into the office and they told me it was the same Tours it seemed very confusing cause I hop on hop off is not what I want it. So the girl at the counter insisted it was the same thing we went on the tour and as they are explaining things as you go, we decided at stop number one we might get off because all the stops were numbered, but the tour guide said you gotta stay on the bus so I was confused. because they did not give us what we wanted and told us this was now a hop on hop off, but we couldn't get off.?? I felt the tour guide was very pushy and was more interested. I think at the end of the tour for the tip because if you get on and you get off if you stay to the end, he gets a tip which he kept mentioning 4 to 5 times on the tour. I have booked many trips with your company over the years to Toronto to Banff New York City I believe also was by viator but if this is the first time where I felt somebody very pushy on the bus and I was travelling with a young child. I was not happy with the service provided if you gave me the wrong tour from the beginning and then told me I had to hop off hop on ticket. Why could I not get off? Somebody needs to explain this to me or get in contact with me

Our host is very knowledgeable and at the same time funny so listening to him is not boring. I learned a lot from this tour about Montreal. It's also a treat that we went to the Farmer's market for food and othe stuff. The driver is also friendly and helpful.
I was born and raised in Montreal. I took my relatively new arrived in Quebec spouse and friends from Edmonton, Alberta who really enjoyed this very complete tour. This tour is perfect if you only have 2 days in Montreal and want to see the city’s beautiful and historic highlights. We also enjoyed the café stop for a break, pastries, and shopping. I asked someone at the desk where to wait for the bus, because my mom is 88 and walks with a cane, so I wanted to wait close to the boarding point. When loading began, a woman came out and guided my mom on the bus first and sat her in the first row, which they had cordoned off for her. It was such a beautiful, unlooked-for act of kindness! Dominic, the driver was also kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Mom had a grand time. She stayed on the bus during the breaks and chatted with Dominic, which was good because she couldn't have moved fast enough to get back to the bus in time (this was not a hop on hop off tour). I would absolutely take this tour again.
