Leer hoe u 'sfoglia' (verse pasta) met de hand rolt en hoe u met uw Cesarina 2 eenvoudige verschillende soorten pasta vanaf nul bereidt. Als kers op de taart leer je ook de iconische Tiramisu bereiden. Deel je passie voor de Italiaanse keuken terwijl je nieuwe vrienden maakt in deze praktische kookles. - Houd er rekening mee dat onze Cesarine klaar en opgewonden zijn om u in hun huizen te ontvangen! Alle Cesarine zijn altijd heel voorzichtig en attent op de belangrijke sanitaire regels die nodig zijn, nu nog meer! De huizen bieden alle noodzakelijke sanitaire voorzieningen voor de gasten (papieren handdoeken voor het wassen van de handen, handdesinfecterende gel, enzovoort). Denk eraan om altijd 1 meter afstand van elkaar aan te houden en zo niet, draag dan maskers en handschoenen

My wife and I did the pasta and tiramisu class with Barbara and it was a wonderful experience. We shared the class with another couple from Canada. There was plenty of space to work and everything we needed was provided. Barbara was an excellent teacher. She explained each step well and was patient with us even when we messed up! Her home was beautiful and she has two cute dogs. The bonus was that the food and wine were all delicious!! I would definitely recommend Barbara and her classes.

Our family enjoyed an evening with Barbara, learning to prepare pasta and tiramisu in her lovely home. She made us feel very welcome and shared stories about the recipes, ingredients and some of her history which made it very special. It was a wonderful thing to do as a family and a memory that stands out in an epic vacation. When I asked my daughter’s what their favorite meal was during our time in Rome, Florence, Montepulciano and Cinque Terre, they didn’t hesitate, the dishes we prepared with Barbara! It is worth noting, we ate at several Michelin star restaurants over our 10 days trek in Italy. I am sure it was a combination of the experience, the time together, the excellent ingredients and the instruction but I can honestly say that eating our meal that we prepared was amazing! (Thank you Barbara) I will be attempting to make the pasta for friends later in the year and the recipes will be carried forward as my daughters will make the tiramisu their own. I have purchased a Moka for the tiramisu and general use and am in the process of breaking it in. It was great to chat with Barbara on this as I love coffee and espresso and to see her precision, passion and expertise in the “small details” of food and coffee preparation was quite impressive and made all the difference. If you are in the area and want an experience that you will talk about for years to come, I would highly recommend this trip. We had an amazing memorable experience with Anna and her husband. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and made us feel like family. The food was delicious. It was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!
