De Montego Bay Scenic Tour biedt een paar uur leren over de geschiedenis van de tweede stad van Jamaica - Montego Bay. Je leert over slavernij en koloniale dagen, bezoekt historische bezienswaardigheden, evenals het museum (Montego Bay Cultural Centre) op Sam Sharpe Square (het hart van de stad). Hier krijg je historische artefacten te zien terwijl je deskundige gids je rondleidt. Je bezoekt andere sites die een adembenemend uitzicht bieden op Montego Bay en zijn omgeving of waar je souvenirs, rum en koffie kunt kopen of zelfs een hapje kunt eten en je kunt mengen met de lokale bevolking terwijl je je houdt aan de COVID-protocollen. Bekijk het panoramische uitzicht op de kust en de golfbaan (voorheen de slavenplantages) van dit historische grote huis en leer over de slavengeschiedenis van Rose Hall en de legende van de Witte Heks van Rose Hall.
Je loopt door de straten van deze geplaveide stad, die in het centrum van Montego Bay ligt, terwijl je gids een rijke geschiedenis van het plein biedt. Je zult horen hoe het plein zijn naam kreeg en over een van de nationale helden van Jamaica.
U zult de geschiedenis bekijken en horen, een van de oudste maar mooiste Anglicaanse kerken van Jamaica.
Je bezoekt Gloucester Avenue of "Hip Strip" in Montego Bay. Dit is een trendy deel van de stad met winkels, cafés, bars, restaurants en kunstgalerijen zoals het eigen restaurant van Usain Bolt - Tracks and Records. Hier kunt u door de straat wandelen en souvenirs kopen als u dat wilt.
Loop over het terrein van het Richmond Hill Great House met uitzicht op Montego Bay en hoor over de geschiedenis.
Tegen het einde van uw tour gaan we naar Scotchies, het beste eikelcentrum van Montego Bay, waar u kunt genieten van een echte smaak van Jamaicaanse jerk chicken of pork of een item op hun menu.

Great scenic tour experience! Professional, kind, and informative. The tour was really interesting and gave a great look at Montego Bay. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

The tour was very informative, it gave us a good impression of the city of Montego. The guide was very knowledgeable and could show us many areas of this city, including its dark side. Unfortunately, Rose Hall was not to be visited since Sunday. Tour can be recommended further.

We hired Rudy Knows Jamaica for the 5 days we were vacationing in Montego. He provide the transportation for all excursions plus airport pick up and drop off. He knew all the spots for tourist and to be amongst the locals. Whatever we needed he was able to provide transportation✅ chef✅air b&b✅excursions and night life✅beaches ✅(❤️❤️❤️). Rudy was very prompt and kept us on schedule and was our photographer a time or two. I will def be booking with him again. And I cannot wait to do all the things I didn’t get to do on this trip! Rudy Know Jamaica Tours was great! It was a personalized tour where we REALLY got to see Montego Bay and surrounding areas. Lots of rich history. Rudy was so professional but also entertaining the entire time. He took us through a variety of neighborhoods in Montego Bay and gave us the history and stopped at multiple historical landmarks to learn more about them. We even had a chance to do some shopping. The air conditioned vehicle was a huge bonus, with pickup and drop off back at our hotel. I would recommend this tour to friends and anyone wanting to learn about Montego Bay from a local that knows the culture best!

Rudy Knows Jamaica was a great experience and really knows Jamaica. From booking a romantic dinner over looking the ocean and hills of Jamaica to waterfalls jumping off a cliff at Bluehole. Drive was smooth, very relaxing and clean. If you looking for great service he is the guy. You will not be disappointed.

Best tour driver we ever had from being on time staying with us the whole time. Gave us a history lesson every time we drove by important place like Usain Bolt high school. Anytime we want to go somewhere no matter time it was he and his company was there. I will definitely use him and recommend anyone going to Jamaica to use his services
