Excellent service and pricing. We had a group of six (6). Our day over was Patrick and he was very professional, informative and a joy to talk to about sites along the route to/from the airport.

Professional, on time , clean and safe . Used Rocky Tours to get us from Negril to the airport . Our first time not using the included all inclusive shuttle services. So glad we chose Rocky - were able to depart our hotel 2 hours later and enjoy our resort and breakfast . Just a 7 day vacation - why waist time on a bus.

We recently used Rocky’s service for airport transportation to Couples Swept Away in Negril. The service was excellent. Highly recommend them. As soon as went outside there was a clearly marked sign. The attendant promptly called the driver and we were on our way. The driver was informative and friendly. For our return trip we had great communication and the driver arrived right on time. This was not the first time that we have traveled to Jamaica and not the first time we have used Rocky's! We have used other transportation services for our airport transfer but once we found Rocky's we've never considered using any other. The price is right, the vehicles are always clean and well appointed. The drivers are friendly, courteous, and happy to engage in conversation. Rocky made it easy to book our airport arrival and departures. We also booked Rocky's as our private taxi to take us to a few places in West End and back to our hotels. Patrick was our driver and he is very friendly and provided history of towns, buildings (a real guide) and most importantly a very good driver. Dain was an amazing driver during our transfer from the airport to our resort. It took us just over one hour to arrive at the resort in Negril, whereas others on our flight took large-bus transfer for three hours (due to multiple resort stops). We were greeted promptly, learned a bit about our driver and his life in Jamaica, a bit about the parishes and towns we drove through - it was a great experience. I made a mistake and deleted my confirmation letter (don't lose your letter) but Dain and Roxann were kind and patient while we found all the details together.
