Have you services like this in the past and they generally work great. In this scenario it was absolutely horrible. The driver took us to the wrong location then said this is not your location made us pay another $184 in an adjustment and was 2 hours late on the pickup. Barely made the flight
Greetings I'm.not seeing a record of this issue . Could you please contact viator with your booking number on hand and have them contact us at your earliest convenience. . If all booking information and pick up location was correct 30 minutes is our maximum late/delay time on pick up .
