Our fleet includes high-end luxury models such as Cadillac Escalades and Mercedes-Benz SUVs, but these must be selected at the time of booking, as they are offered at a different rate and category. That said, even our standard vehicles are late-model, clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we regret that the vehicle did not meet your personal expectations. We will investigate the condition of the specific vehicle assigned to ensure it met our company standards. 3. Driver Interaction Our drivers are trained to be professional, courteous, and informative. We apologize if your driver appeared quiet — this is not the level of warm engagement we expect, and we will address this directly with our team.
