Ontdek de adembenemende landschappen van het Monte León Nationaal Park tijdens dit dagvullende 4x4-avontuur vanuit El Calafate. Ontdek de Patagonische steppen en de Atlantische kust onder begeleiding van een expert die u alles vertelt over de unieke natuur en geologische wonderen van de regio. Wandel tussen de pinguïns, bewonder zeeleeuwen en geniet van een mooie wandeling naar spectaculaire uitkijkpunten over de kliffen en de kustwateren. De tour is inclusief een begeleide wandeling en een lunchpakket. Het is de ideale manier om in één dag de natuurlijke schoonheid van Patagonië te ervaren.

Tijdens dit unieke avontuur vanuit El Calafate beleven passagiers een onvergetelijke dag in het Monte León Nationaal Park, het enige park in Argentinië dat zee, kust en steppe combineert. De dag begint vroeg in de ochtend aan boord van een 4x4 Overland-voertuig. U doorkruist de Patagonische steppe en kunt onderweg inheemse fauna spotten, zoals guanaco's, choiques en vossen. Bij aankomst in het park wandelt u langs de nesten van de Magelhaenpinguïn naar een uitkijkpunt met uitzicht over de kliffen. Vervolgens rijden ze per 4x4 over het pad dat leidt naar de iconische rotsformatie Lion's Head en de Lobería, waar ze zeeleeuwen en hopelijk ook walvissen aan de kust kunnen observeren. De excursie gaat verder naar het uitkijkpunt op het eiland Monte León, waar grote kolonies aalscholvers en zeevogels leven. Bij zonsondergang beginnen ze aan hun terugreis en genieten nog van de laatste uitzichten op het Patagonische landschap. Een complete beleving van natuur, dieren in het wild en avontuur in een bevoorrechte omgeving.

The boat was huge so I was worried we would not be close but the boat went up really close to the penguins and sea lions and we had a good view.

I really expected more , in my opinion it is too long a journey that is not worth what you do and see when you arrive, the guide did not make it enjoyable either. The weather didn’t help for the supposed stops and sightings during the trip either, so we had a lot of miles per pointless pike. Too bad I lost a day. I do not recommend this excursion to Monte Leon, it should be noted that I did another excursion with this company and it was a nice experience,

Thanks to Patagonia Chic for her excellent work, during the excursion to Monte León 4x4 Wolves and Penguins, excellent guide Viviana with driver Fernando. Very comfortable overlander, and very rich snack. Wonderful experience to know these natural scenarios guided by you.
You’ll spend about 9 hours in a bus; 4 on unpaved roads. Our guide offered very little in terms of information or context. He was a nice person, but a poor guide. The sea lions were seen only from a far, so disappointing. The penguins were amazing.
A beautiful experience! It is a long trip on ripio for the first leg that luckily having such a cupid guide became super enjoyable, the foods they give you are very good, the transport in which they take you is super comfortable, although it is long for both the way and the return, when you arrive and see the penguins so close (you have them less than 20 cm) you feel that everything was worth it. Very happy with this experience and especially very happy with the tour by the guide and driver, very friendly and cupid. I recommend if they like penguins as much as I do that I almost start crying when I saw the first one:)
