Mobula Ray Snorkelen

Baja California Sur heeft een ongelooflijke verscheidenheid aan dieren in het wild en de Mobula Ray-migratie is zeker een indrukwekkende gebeurtenis die je wilt zien. Duizenden roggen reizen in dezelfde richting op zoek naar voedsel en uiteindelijk een rustige plek om te paren. Verkering gedrag is ook gebruikelijk. Deze relatief kleine dieren, ze kunnen een spanwijdte van 6-7 voet bereiken, staan bekend om hun vermogen om uit het water te breken, omdat ze hoogten van 6 tot 8 voet kunnen bereiken! Ze reizen in zeer grote aantallen en zijn onze regio alleen in zeer specifieke tijden van het jaar (mei-juli). Een geweldige snorkelmogelijkheid voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar avontuur!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Highly recommended and we will do it again. Adrian and Adriana were super knowledgeable and guided us to a fever of 500+ Mobius Rays despite being a light season for viewing. Super glad we had the A Team!
Had a wonderful day with Cabo Trek for the mobula ray snorkel. Maria, Adriana and Adrian were very professional and personable. We snorkeled with lots of mobula rays. We even saw a bunch of cow nosed rays and a turtle. I would highly recommend using Cabo Trek.
I had such an amazing snorkeling experience .we saw and swam with so many rays and then did an amazing snorkel at Pelican Rock and saw so many fish, rays, turtles…. Adriana was a great guide and Freddie a great captain. Highly recommend.
Had a great day with Aurora, Jared, and Captain Coco on the water. We were unable to find the mobula rays because...wildlife, but the crew adjusted and made sure we had a memorable experience on the water. Highly recommend!

Second time booking with Cabo Trek and it was great! We had Vanu? as our guide and Freddy as Captain. Love how knowledgeable and informative our guide was with marine life and sea life while snorkeling. Our captain was friendly and knew the best spots. Although we didn’t see any rays (end of season) our guide and captain still made our trip a very special experience, answering all my many questions about the sea life and taking us to Chileno Bay to snorkel after a boat ride searching for rays. We were able to see white tip reef sharks including babies, a turtle, a lobster, and many fish thanks to our guide’s good eye. It was a memorable trip!

Aurora was an amazing and knowledgeable guide! We saw eagle rays, a turtle, sharks, fish, and coral reefs. Got great photos with the arch. We were also able to see the mobula rays jumping although they were too fast for us to see underwater. I would definitely do this tour again!

This tour was amazing! We immediately came upon some rays, and they were so beautiful. Our tour guide vane and captain Adrien took great care of us and brought us to amazing spots. If you are looking to see the rays or go on any other excursion, go through Cabo trek tours!

This trip was amazing! Our marine biologist was excellent and taught us all about the different types of fish. All gear was provided, trip felt very safe, and we saw some amazing wildlife. I would absolutely book again with this tour. While we ultimately only saw Mobula rays from the boat due to a large cruise ship passing by that made it unsafe to snorkel, we still got some excellent snorkeling time at a reef where we saw some amazing fish and wildlife.

I think the experience is amazing, I did get to see the Rays and it is an incomparable experience, but I do think they do charge so so much for what you get, and it doesn't matter if you are a national still gonna pay a kidney for it but at the end it was worth it.
