Ontsnap aan de stad en waag je in ongerepte woestijnduinen voor een avond vol avontuur, sterrenkijken, dineren en cultuur. Begin met ophalen bij uw centraal gelegen hotel en ontspan in uw privévoertuig met airconditioning terwijl de stedelijke skyline vervaagt in rustige woestijnlandschappen. Zie glimpen van woestijnlandbouw en opvallende natuurlijke rotsformaties. Spannende liefhebbers kunnen genieten van zandboarden en duin bashing over de open duinen. Bezoek het Archeologisch Museum in Sharjah om het erfgoed en de oude Arabische tradities van de regio te verkennen. Neem de tijd voor foto's als de zon ondergaat boven het zand. Leer in het donker meer over sterren en planeten met een Expert Gids voordat u geniet van een traditioneel diner in Mleiha Café en terugkeert naar Dubai.

- Vegetarische optie is beschikbaar, gelieve te adviseren op het moment van boeking indien nodig
- Dresscode: lichtgewicht zomerkleding is geschikt voor het grootste deel van het jaar, maar truien of jassen kunnen nodig zijn voor de wintermaanden, vooral 's avonds. Goede kwaliteit zonnebrillen worden geadviseerd. Hoeden zijn aan te raden in direct zonlicht.
- Als u in de zomermaanden (juni - september) de VAE bezoekt, wordt u geadviseerd dat piektemperaturen overdag soms 42 - 45 graden Celsius bereiken. De luchtvochtigheid kan tijdens deze periode ook hoger zijn dan 90 procent. We raden al onze gasten aan om voldoende voorzorgsmaatregelen te nemen.
- De Dubai-woestijn kan 's avonds koeler worden, dus we raden je aan een lichte jas en gesloten schoenen mee te nemen. Draag sportschoenen voor veilig sandboarden.
- De lokale touroperator behoudt zich het recht voor om een deel van de geplande programma's te annuleren vanwege overheidsbesluiten, feestdagen, weersomstandigheden of andere soortgelijke omstandigheden.
- De duur van de eigenlijke tour duurt 5 - 6 uur, maar de rijtijd van het hotel in Dubai en de terugreis kan nog eens 60 - 90 minuten duren, afhankelijk van de verkeersomstandigheden en het tijdstip van de dag.

Really great day out - Haroos was our driver & guide - very knowledgeable and a super driver, in the dunes especially. The 2 teens enjoyed it all immensely including some "sand boarding" ! Lovely traditional meal and then the star gazing was way more interesting than any of us thought it would be thanks to our highly qualified guide. He had a super powerful 100x telescope! Recommend it highly

A very interesting adventure! It's not even a tour, it's a "test drive LD 200" with a little immersion in local life )) We went from Ajman, transfer from/to the hotel. Thank you to our driver guide Mohammed! It wasn't boring in the car, had a nice time having small talk )) Driving on the dunes is beyond praise! Cars and drivers are professionally trained (elevator, internal safety frame, driving pros), not just civilian versions. Very fun and interesting, LD 200 - desert ship)) There were a few stops along the way to catch your breath. Just met a camel caravan! In the camp we rode camels themselves, boarded in the sand (not snowboarding, but interesting experience), you can take a quad race (we didn't). The show was amused )) a pleasant dinner, fresher and fresher, prepared here on coals (lamb barbecue, chicken), salads and sweets. The return trip took less time, as the highway is only a kilometer across the desert.

Sahib was our driver and I must say he was amazing and also had a great Sense of humor.He made sure he explained everything from start to finish and most importantly always made sure we felt safe. It was an amazing tour and I would love to do it again.

We went for the desert Safari with the orient tours and the driver Sahib. It was such ah amazing experience! The driver was so nice we kept talking throughout the whole day and he even showed and explained to us a whole bunch of stuff about buildings and Dubai’s culture in the way to the Safari. When we got to the Safari he stopped at two very nice spots for photos and offered to take a whole bunch of pictures of us! We were very tired in the way back after dinner but still came back talking to Sahib all the way to our hotel getting to learn a lot more stuff about Dubai we ever expected to learn in the desert Safari. Thanks orient tours and soecially Sahib!

I recommend the 4x4 safari our guide with the SAHIB guide. He looked after us from the moment he picked us up from our hotel until the moment he dropped us off again. It's worth doing. Food was good and activities very good

We booked the desert safari from our hotel. Everything worked out perfectly: first we were picked up by our guide(Javed Shaik) in a luxurious jeep. Javed turned out to be a great tour guide: he spoke very good English, was a trustworthy motorist and enriched us with a lot of information about Dubai (culture, food, sights). After a one-hour drive we reached the desert where we were offered a falcon show and could sandboard. Afterwards we went rapidly over metre-high dunes, where we almost lost our breath. Afterwards we reached a camp where camel riding, hookah smoking, Arabic coffee and a small breakfast with drinks were offered. We (2 adults with 10 and 14 year old children) would highly recommend this tour , especially with Javed as a guide.

We took this excursion on ceetiz we were taken care of by Saheeb who picked us up at our hotel the byblos I highly recommend all this group was really attentive with tourists to do!!!!!the dunes driving in the desert ☺☺☺☺😍😍😍😍
