Vlieg verder en zie meer wanneer je met ons vliegt vanuit Wanaka. Vlieg naar Milford Sound door twee van de meest pittoreske nationale parken van Nieuw-Zeeland. Bekijk alpine meren genesteld tussen met sneeuw bedekte bergtoppen en ongerepte gletsjers, met uitgestrekt regenwoud en watervallen zichtbaar vanuit elke stoel! Lokaal eigendom van een uitstekend veiligheidsrecord. Mount Cook + Fox Franz & Tasman Gletsjers en Mount Aspiring & Glaciers zijn andere opties beschikbaar, waardoor u de kans krijgt om grote, ongerepte vergezichten over land te bekijken.

Milford Sound Glacier Flight & Cruise vanuit Wanaka. Vertrek vanaf Wanaka Airport en geniet van uitzicht op de rivier de Clutha en de meren Wanaka en Hawea voordat je de ruige zuidelijke Alpen bereikt. Reis door 2 nationale parken met uitzicht op veel gletsjers, watervallen, bergmeren, ijs, sno en nog veel meer. Bij het bereiken van de westkust van NZ draai je Milford Sound in en vlieg je over de volledige lengte van de fjord. Eenmaal veilig geland op Milford, zult u deelnemen aan de mooie boottocht om te genieten van een spectaculair uitzicht vanaf het water. Je piloot ontmoet je van de boot en vliegt je terug naar Wanaka op een andere vluchtroute zodat je een nog spectaculairder landschap kunt zien. De vertrektijden zijn van 08.45 uur en 13.30 uur van oktober tot april en van 11.00 uur tot september. 4 uur toestaan.

This is a once in a lifetime experience, worth every single cent. Southern Alps Air are a friendly and professional team of flyers. Their knowledge of the glaciers and terrain is second to none. I was so impressed with the cruise in Milford Sound, which I had done about 8 years ago but this time it was even more magical. This was the absolute highlight of our southern holiday and so goes highly reccomended if your are considering adding a scenic flight to your tour itinerary.
Jaw droppingly amazing. Pete was an excellent pilot to and from Milford Sound, giving us snippets of landmarks and POIs as we flew over the Southern Alps. Cruise was also good and very interesting. Such good value.
Life changing! The best part of our trip hands down! The plane ride was thrilling , interesting and a photographer’s dream!

That the weather on the west coast can impact whether you can do the boat trip The scenery was spectacular and James the pilot took time to fly around Milford Sounds as we only had limited time there due to weather conditions . Flying through the mountain ranges was a truly memorable
Awe inspiring ❤️ Must see whilst in New Zealand (south island). Weather on the west coast can be fickle if flying in but we got a beautiful day when we went a day after a original booking.
Unfortunately we couldn’t land in Milford due to the weather. Wonderful flight but still have Milford Sounds on my bucket list
