The giudea Armando (Bus driver to Everglades), Jenny (the Cuban guide of the City tour) were really nice and professional, also the guys of the boat. I was not happy that this company changed the last few hours the excursion and that they contact ed me to another cell number even if Inclearly told Viator to contact me via email or to another number I gave them.
