Begin je avontuur bij Miami Beach Marina in South Beach en stap aan boord van een ruime pontonboot op weg naar een afgelegen eiland in Biscayne Bay. Geniet onderweg van een geweldig uitzicht op de skyline van South Beach en herenhuizen aan het water van de rich and famous op Star Island en Fisher Island Vaar mee met levendige muziek terwijl u geniet van eten en drinken dat te koop is op de boot. Eenmaal op het eiland, ontvang een snelle introductie tot snorkelen en duik in het warme water. Snorkel in een levendige onderwaterwereld vol tropische vissen en zeeleven. Attractions4us LLC …. CAUTION DO NOT TRUST ANY SNORKELING ADVENTURES ON BISCAYNE BAY. We booked two different trips and no one showed up wasted hours of our vacation and check out of my hotel early. Paid for parking and no one showed up two days in a row. We waited hours at Dock E by the teal and white octagon building and had to argue to request a refund and threaten this is the biggest fraud scam I’ve ever seen be CAUTIOUS DONT BOOK we were there 30 mins early!!!
HORRIBLE! Worst snorkeling tour we ever did. We booked a tour for 9am and had to be there 20 minutes early. They called everyone at 9.30 to tell us the tour got changed to 10am. We finally left at 10.15am. No vests and no flippers. Masks and snorkels were dumped on the floor from an Aldi bag and most of them were broken. Tour guid didn't even open the back gate on the boat to get into the water. We had to open it. We didn't have fun snorkeling because our equipment was broken. Big waste of money and time!
Boat never showed up and had to call to get a refund. Another lady was waiting for the same boat and used a different company and she said that they cancelled on her the day before. I wouldn't recommend using this company since there was no communication prior to me spending money to Uber to where they told us to meet. Do yourselves a favor and book local and stop using places like this who just take your money and doesn't provide an experience other than a $10 Uber ride.
This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. Situations like this can sometimes occur due to last-minute weather changes or operational issues, but that should always be clearly communicated in advance. We are actively working on improving our communication process by implementing confirmation messages the day before and same-day updates, as well as providing a direct contact line for real-time assistance. This will help ensure guests are informed immediately if any changes arise and avoid unnecessary travel or inconvenience.
The instructions said to check in 45 min early, when we got there we were told to come back 5 min before our trip. Went back about 10 min before and had to check in and fill out waivers. Needless to say after checking everyone in we got off to a late start. We were told at check in we would have an hour to snorkel but only got 40 min. The island was dirty, trash on the beach and in the water. Snorkeling instructions were non existence, in fact the guy acted annoyed when we asked about the snorkeling gear.

Great experience snorkeling for shells! The ride out to the island included detail info about the bay and area surrounding, which was so fun! We enjoyed our time!

Although I really liked Hernandez and Nelson, this snorkeling “adventure” was awful! I should have known when the “keys” weren’t booking because of weather, we should not have booked this island tour. Nothing to see on that island but TRASH…only thing alive was the people that paid money!to see a cloud of sand in their face!l! Word to the wise…Do not book any snorkeling tours when it’s the slightest bit windy because you will see NOTHING! But this tour was way worse than not seeing anything..your gear is not sanitized! You have to bring your own towels, and I suggest bringing your own snorkeling gear! You will go through millionaires row and see yachts, but they have no idea who owns what!! Steer clear peeps…and book in the keys!

All snorkeling equipment is cleaned and sanitized between uses, and the tour description also notes what items guests may want to bring, such as towels, for their comfort. We also note that your booking attempted to cancel shortly before departure, when the tour was already operating. I can’t speak to the actual snorkeling experience because I never made it onto a boat. When I arrived for check-in, I was told that the owner frequently books afternoon tours that don’t end up happening. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I’m only in Miami for a short time and chose this tour based on its value and others’ positive reviews. I waited quite a while for the owner to respond to the staff, who eventually let me know that this issue is not uncommon and that they’ve dealt with similar situations many times. They even directed me to where I could file a complaint for a refund, which seemed like a routine process given how often this happens. I was offered a spot the next morning at 10:30 AM, which I appreciated, but with no assurance the tour would actually run and with my travel schedule I couldn’t accommodate. Overall, I’d recommend staying away. The lack of reliability and transparency made this a frustrating experience.
