Het avontuur begint met onze boot vanuit de jachthavens gelegen op 4 punten tussen Miami Beach en Downtown Miami, vanaf daar vertrekken we en zullen we de rit maken naar de prachtige Biscayne Bay waar u het avontuur kunt zien vervolgen met onze Jet ski's van hoge prestaties om een tour te hebben met onze Gids die ervoor zal zorgen dat uw ervaring uniek en veilig is, neem een waterdichte camera mee om dit de schoonheid van deze prachtige plek vast te leggen. Je voelt de sensatie en adrenalinestoot als je door de baai raast. Je hebt de kans om de turquoise wateren te verkennen en te genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de kustlijn van Miami en zijn iconische bezienswaardigheden, waaronder de skyline van de stad, stranden en nabijgelegen eilanden. Aan het einde van je tour breng je je terug naar de dekboot, waar de boot op je wacht om je terug te brengen, ga met ons mee en je zult een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben.

Ones you get to the jet ski flowting area the guys can be rude they didn’t even let this one guy know if you flip the jet ski it’s 500 dollars and he didn’t want to take a picture for me on the jet ski he was rude about it to so yeah I won’t be coming back here rent somewhere else people
Good morning! We regret that you have that perception. In the confirmation email we sent you, we informed you that customers are responsible for any damages that may occur due to driver negligence. All Jet Ski Rental companies have this requirement, We find it strange that you are claiming a mandatory charge that you did not have to pay because no accident occurred. Regarding the photo, for safety reasons, our guides cannot be distracted while on duty. You shouldn't make these kinds of comments if you understand that these regulations are for your safety. they charged me extra $400 because I accidentally hit a parked jetski. There was no contract that I signed that required me to pay $400 if you hit or got into an accident. They did not bother to ask me if I was even okay. They went ahead and charged me $400. This particular place is not recommended.
We are sorry to hear what happened. I personally spoke with the marina staff, and they confirmed that you were okay. The damage was only to the Jet Ski, and all Jet Ski rental contracts clearly state that the driver is responsible for any damage caused. Not a good experience. Would be good to know that you needed a license before hand. Would be good to know the full price and not just show up and hit us with hidden fees. The time given was an hour and it was less than an hour because they needed the jet skis for another group of people. One of the guys was rude to us because we were trying to take pictures. They can improve their customer service

Regarding the time spent on the Jet Skis, these are observations made at the time of use. We wonder if you were timing it. Daughter first time jet skiing and it was a terrible experience with this company. They charged them 250$ for falling off the jet ski. Do not rent here go to another rental. This company is not prepared!!! Terrible

This was rescheduled due to weather and then they did not show up. In addition, I paid the total price when I booked and they said I owe an additional $100 for fuel… horrible group.
