I would highly recommend Sunny Miami Tours, Manuel is a first class and attentive host! In the land tour you get to see Miami Beach, the Wynwood Art District, Little Havana, and many other sights! The boat cruise is also great. Don't hesitate to book this tour!
This was a great city tour. I liked the fact that we got a chance to stop and get to see the city a little closer. Our driver, Larry, was knowledgeable and fun during the tour. He took good care of us. C We booked the tour that allowed us to take the boat cruise to see the millionaires homes. It was fun as well. Overall a great experience!!
We had a great time with Jhoan, very friendly and prepared. He speaks English and Spanish and took us to see live music with the violinist in Little Havana. Bring cash dollars because he deserves a good tip. A hug from Spain
I booked the Miami All-in-One City Tour & Millionaire’s Row Sightseeing Cruise, but the experience did not match what was advertised. The tour was meant to start at 2:00pm. I was then told pickup would be 2:20pm, but the guide was still around another 20 minutes late. The delay was blamed on traffic, but I checked at the time and could not see traffic that justified it. More importantly, several advertised parts of the tour did not happen. We did not stop at Ocean Drive, did not pass by Coconut Grove, did not visit/pass Key Biscayne as expected, and did not pass by Brickell City Center. The explanation given was that we needed to get to the seaport, but we then arrived about an hour early for the boat departure. Bottled water was also listed as included, but none was provided. Another major issue was the return information. The listing said guests could choose to stay in Miami Beach or return to Bayside Marketplace. I was staying in Miami Beach and planned around that. Once onboard, I was told that was not possible, so I had to make my own way back from Bayside, around 6.7km away. The guide, Larry, also spent a lot of the tour complaining about tourists, gentrification, police, football fans, traffic and homelessness. It made the tour feel negative rather than enjoyable or informative. I complained and requested a 50% refund, but this was refused without a proper explanation. Overall, I would not recommend this tour unless the operator updates the listing and actually delivers the advertised route.

Our tour follows the itinerary described in the listing, including panoramic sightseeing through Miami's most iconic neighborhoods and the Millionaire's Row sightseeing cruise. While traffic and operational conditions may occasionally require slight route adjustments, the overall experience remains the same. Regarding transportation after the cruise, the tour description clearly states that the experience ends at Bayside Marketplace. At no point does the listing state that we provide transportation back to the original pickup location or back to Miami Beach. We kindly encourage guests to carefully read the complete tour description, inclusions, and exclusions before booking to avoid misunderstandings. Your review also mentions that you had to travel 6.7 km back to Miami Beach. In reality, Bayside Marketplace is less than 3 miles from the beginning of Miami Beach, making it a short taxi, rideshare, or public transportation ride. We're sorry that the guide's style did not match your expectations, as many guests enjoy the local stories and commentary shared throughout the experience. Terrible experience. We waited by the spot where we were told online and no one showed up. We asked other boat excursion representives and no one could find an answer . My daughter and I never got to go on the tour . We were very disappointed too. We tried calling and only got recorded messages. We would like a refund.

A useful tour to get an overview of miami and the most interesting neighborhoods when you have little time on your hands. Also enjoyable is the taxiboat tour of the bay and view of the homes of millionaires. Guide prepared , helpful and friendly

Manuel was exceptional good tour guide. Have a great knowledge about Miami. Explaining everything about the places we see. Also talk about the history and customs of these places we visited. I learn a lot on this tour. Also the water taxi have very good explaining what we see as we go. Excelente trip to see in a short time everything about Miami.

Manuel was a perfect guide who explained and showed us everything in English and Spanish. Plenty of time for photos. Everything suitably backed with the appropriate music. This small group tour is 100% better than hop on hop off which works differently in miami anyway. ABSolut recommended!!!
