Mezcal-voedselproeverij met lunch inbegrepen

De staat Sinaloa staat bekend om zijn mezcal en deze rondleiding biedt een introductie. We halen je op waar je maar wilt: hotel, appartement of bij de haven. Vervolgens brengt je chauffeur je naar onze ranch. Zodra we bij onze ranch aankomen, kunnen we 55 hectare agaveplantage zien, verschillende soorten en maten agaves. We bezoeken ook de mezcalfabriek en laten je het hele proces zien om Mezcal te maken. Daarna doen we een Mezcal-proeverij: wit, reposado, amandel, koffie, mango, tamarin, hisbiscus. Om af te sluiten lunchen we in ons restaurant; machaca burrito's, bonen, salsa, handgemaakte maïstortilla's en mezcal flambée kaas. Je hebt tijd om te winkelen.

What a great tour. We were expecting just a Mexican lunch and Mezcal tasting but there was an unexpected 4 wheel drive experience on the farm. The food was wonderful and the demo of making tequilla cheese was another extra. We really enjoyed our authentic Mexican farm visit.
The food was really good. The workers were very friendly and nice. The food was made fresh to order.
Fernando was an excellent guide! He not only taught us all about the agave plant, tequila, and mezcal, he gave us a tour of Mazatlán. The tour was supposed the be three hours, but he gave us five hours of his time. He was kind and knowledgable. The tequila, mezcal, and lunch were all amazing!
Fernando is fantastic! He is so knowledgable and friendly! The food is delicious and so are all of the different types of tequila. You will learn a lot and have an excellent time.
