Terrible experience both with viator and with this company. I reached out to this company 3 days before the scheduled transfer asking for pick up confirmation via the viator app. I even called the tour operator's number several times but it would go straight to voicemail with no call back. The day before the transfer I looked up the company and found an email, they responded less than 24 hrs before the flight confirming a 10:05am transfer for a 12:50pm flight. We were about an hour from the airport. I immediately wrote back that the airline required at least 3 hour arrival for international flights and a pick up time of 10:50 would give us less than 2 hours. They refused to make the time earlier saying I needed to notify them 24 hours in advance. I communicated to both the company and viator that I had been trying to reach the company for several days and even provided proof. I told them that I would need to make other arrangements so my elderly father wouldn't have to run through the airport and likely miss his flight. The person I chatted with the day before agreed that the company didn't communicate in a timely manner and said I had grounds for refund however now, 2 days later, they are refusing to refund me.

This company is terrible. After trying to contact this company for several days both by phone and chat with the information provided by viator to confirm transfer, the afternoon before my flight I found an email address online and they informed me they would be picking me up at 10:05am for a 12:50pm flight. They said there was nothing could do because it was less than 24 hours. They never responded or reached out to me. I had to hunt them down to even get a time from them. I said I’ve been calling and messaging for days with no response. Viator initially said they would refund me and now they’re saying they will not. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We called the this transfer provider (which by the way is a number in Spain, so be prepared to pay big international roaming fees while being putting on hold) at 9:17 AM and were told the driver was on the way. However, by 9:35 AM — 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time — the driver still had not arrived. Because we needed to make an international flight, our hotel had to arrange an emergency taxi with a different provider.

My experience was good even though my reservation ended up being messed up I was able to reach out to the Owner to get everything squared away. I would recommend using this company, my driver was at my pick location a little early and he got me back to the airport in time for my flight.

Picked us up at our hotel on time despite it being a super early morning pick up. Got us to the airport safely and in plenty of time for our flight. Recommend!

The driver was on time and courteous. The van was comfortable and cool with air conditioning. Everything was very nice.

We rode with Taxi Barcelona. They were timely for our pick up and they have pleasant drivers. No communication issues. Best round-trip transportation for the price.

They were on time, shuttle was well ventilated and clean. Nestor, the driver, was very nice and quiet. I enjoyed the smooth, quiet ride to the airport. Would definitely use them again.
