Ontdek de eenvoudige methode om de echte Mexicaanse smaak onder de knie te krijgen voor al uw zelfgemaakte maaltijden. We zullen precies delen hoe je de Mexicaanse gastronomie kunt domineren (de meest klassieke Mexicaanse recepten, methoden en keukengerei), zelfs als je geen professionele kok bent. Ervaar de lokale markt met uw chef-gids en haal wat verse ingrediënten op terwijl u door de verschillende voedselafdelingen loopt met hun verscheidenheid aan kruiden, groenten, vlees en zeevruchten. Vind piñata-winkels, tortilla's Factory (van maïsmeel tot tafelklaar), aardewerk, kleding en enkele souvenirs. Tijdens onze Cancun Mexicaanse kooklessen en lokale markt, gebruik je traditionele keukengereedschappen zoals de molcajete (stenen mortier), comal (platte bakplaat) en kleipotten, en eindig je met genieten van de 4-gangenmaaltijd die je hebt helpen creëren, vergezeld van drankjes.

G, Jorge and Angel were amazing! This was a lot of fun for us! The food was great & we learned a lot. The market trip was a great, it was cool to see the fresh foods. They were very accommodating and the cooking process and restaurant was so clean. Definitely recommend doing!

I was very excited for this excursion, unfortunately I was never picked up. I tried contacting the tour company by call and text with no luck. I waiting in the lobby for an hour before giving up.
Sasha was over and above AMAZING!!! Here I thought I knew something about cooking he made everything over the top fantastic. What a great experience would definitely do again and will tell everyone to do this tour and cross your fingers you’ll get Sasha as your guide.
Great experience, highly recommend to go. Chef was very nice, talked about the produce and ways to select ripest ones. Went through some history of the food in the area. Making your own food was fun, highly recommend to anyone thinking about culinary interests.
