Very friendly guide, spoke very reasonable english. Took a long time and entered into a pleasant conversation, without being intrusive. We really enjoyed it. This is certainly worth repeating. Then a multi-day trip with this guide (Yusuf)
Unique experience. The very good and fun Rached guide, makes everything very easy. You'll never forget this trip. All very organized and precisely.
It was an experience that laster about 1 1/2 hours. It was a short dromedar ride to the dunes for sunset and back. There was no tea or sand boarding. The guide tried to sell us souvenirs afterwards for his poor families lifelihood.

As we understood your group preferred a more relaxed experience, we did not insist on this activity to ensure your comfort. Regarding the tea, we are happy to provide complimentary mint tea for guests who arrive early at our meeting point hotel before the tour begins. As this is a courtesy and not a standard part of the tour itinerary, it is dependent on the schedule and arrival times. Very cool experience! Sunset over the dunes was amazing to see. The camels were fun to ride. Make sure to bring a scarf and water before the trip. Only thing is that this tour was in a small group for us and wasn't private, but we didn't mind this too much.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience on this tour. The communication from the company was terrible. It says to WhatsApp after booking which we did with no response, when we arrived they had no idea we had booked and we were told to wait an hour. The tour lasted less than an hour, no chat from the guide, and no sandboarding. The weather got worse as the day went on with high winds and cloud so no there was no sunset, which is no fault of the company. It is not a big deal to cancel, reschedule or change plans because of this. Poor communication let it down, which is a shame.

It's not a long ride which was fine by me actually. Then a short hike up a taller dune. If you have bad knees like me it will be hard.

This excursion was a wonderful experience for my family. Hassan was a wonderful guide. He was so friendly and accommodating. He took many photos and allowed the kids to use a sandboard. The camels were well behaved. Hang on!!

Nice guide, friendly reception. Camels were easy to "ride". Time was scheduled at 4.30pm, but was poseponed by 1/2h due to sunset time.
