Melbourne Street Art Tours presenteert het beste van de straten en straatartiesten van Melbourne. De tour begint bij het ACMI-bord op Flinders St (naast de dubbeldekkers). Nadat iedereen zich heeft aangemeld en afgemeld, zal je gids een korte introductie over de tour en hun eigen kunstpraktijk delen voordat hij op weg gaat naar de geweldige straatkunst van Melbourne.
De tour begint met het verkennen van de beroemde Hosier Lane. Lees de binnenkant van je gids over hoe kunstenaars zich echt voelen over deze baan en hoe het door de jaren heen is veranderd.
De tour gaat door de vele rijstroken van Melbourne en leert over de vele lagen straatkunst, en misschien spot je zelfs een Banksy! Straatkunst is altijd aan het veranderen, maar je gids toont je die dag de nieuwste verf op straat - plus enkele verborgen geheimen, allemaal met geweldige verhalen over de kunstenaars en de stad.
De tour eindigt in de beroemde Blender Studios (nu in West Melbourne) waar je wordt getrakteerd op een exclusieve studiotour en de artiesten kunt ontmoeten en ze aan het werk kunt zien in onze enorme kunststudio. Een gastronomische selectie van marktverse producten, bier, wijn en frisdranken worden verstrekt terwijl u door deze ongelooflijke ruimte dwaalt en de kunstenaars achter de street art-scène van Melbourne ziet.

Right from the get go this company were great to deal with. We had changes that needed to be made and they did them for us. The tour was really awesome. A great introduction into the street art culture. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Definitely worth the money spent. Beware: got quote thru trip advisor which was good NZD but when I came to billing it was in USD. Contacted Melbourne Street Art Tours & they matched my initial price.

We had an amazing time on our walking tour with Matt. We came in knowing very little about street art in general and about the scene in Melbourne. It was such a cool experience to about it from someone who is involved in creating the art! I would highly recommend it for anyone.

This is a wonderful tour, especially if you're into street art! The guides are artists themselves and ours was so knowledgeable and friendly. Pick up location was easy to find and on time. I really enjoyed all of the beautiful art and hearing about the artists and stories behind the history of street art in Melbourne. I was obsessed with the little picture framed art on Collins St but the art ranged from small toys/figures on walls to tags to traditional street art to huge murals - all of them so interesting! The tour ended with a tour of the actual art studio for the artists, with drinks and nibbles which was such a lovely touch. I enjoyed every minute of this tour and would highly recommend!
David was a phenomenal tour guide! Very cool way to see the city and learn about graffiti/street art. 10/10 would recommend, only wished we did this earlier in our trip.

Fantastic, informative walk with Louis a very accomplished street artist. I now understand street art in a different way. A visit to his studio and meeting other artists at their Bender Street premises was the icing on top of a very pleasant afternoon.

It was a fantastic walk around Melbourne laneways seeing some great street art. The guide was very informative with great knowledge of the history and styles on display also enjoyed the visit to their studio at the end
