horrible - told you several times the address and they still sent us to the incorrect place. it cost us several times more $$ to get to the correct place and more time than it should have.
Hi LeRoy We have received your Hotel dropping off location at Melbourne cbd via viatour booking team . But once our chauffeur reached your hotel address you informed driver that you book different Hotel with is 104 km Away from Melbourne CBD . Our chauffeur Driver already shows the booking confirmation email and address and you admit your travel agent made this mistake. So I m not sure why u r not happy with our service infect our Chauffeur driver missed his next pick-up and help to drop off your location and drove back to using his own time . Please contact viatour or your travel agent for there mistake. Hopefully they will compensate you . Thank you

The driver was on time, and found us easily. He was friendly, but not very versed in what Melbourne had to offer. I always like to ask a local what recommendations they have while I’m here. He seemed unsure, and not very interested in giving us recommendations. Overall the ride was fine.
