Reis op deze tour met kleine groep vanaf Ho Chi Minhstad naar het hart van de Mekong Delta. Stap aan boord van een privélongtail-boot en ervaar zelf de diversiteit van de Mekong-waterwegen wanneer u vis- en exotische fruitkwekerijen zult bekijken en dineert met traditioneel Mekong Delta-eten.

We zullen onze gids daar ontmoeten en de stad ontvluchten voor een rondleiding door de Mekong Delta, waar u zult zien hoe het leven is buiten het stedelijke centrum van het zuiden.
Bij aankomst in My Tho stappen we aan boord van onze privéboot voor een cruise op de Mekong rivier. Stap vervolgens aan boord van een privéboot en begin uw cruise langs de machtige Mekong-rivier. Stop-off bij een viskwekerij om inzicht te krijgen in een van de grootste industrieën van de regio. Uw deskundige lokale gids neemt u mee naar een nabijgelegen eiland, waar u door de tuinen kunt wandelen en tropische vruchten kunt proeven. Verder naar een ander eiland in de Mekong Delta, leer meer over een andere cottage industrie–kokossnoep. Bezoek een fabriek en leer hoe dit snoep wordt gemaakt.
Ga vervolgens verder met een gemotoriseerde kar om een bijenboerderij te bezoeken! Daarna stapt u over op een roeiboot om de kleinere grachten van de Delta te verkennen. Eindelijk welverdiende lunch, we gaan naar restaurant Vuon Dau. hier kunt u genieten van het vaste menu - Execs gerechten zoals Olifantenoor vis, Vietnamese pannenkoek (bekend als Bánh Xèo), Mekong Kreeft, Mekong zure soep en gestoofd varkensvlees in kokossap met kwartel eieren geserveerd met rijst.
We gaan terug naar My Tho voor de reis terug naar Ho Chi Minh City, waar je wordt afgezet bij je hotel.

We went as a small group in airconditioned bus to the Meking Delta. Our tour guide,.Tan, was knowledgeable and interesting and also very entertaining. The tour packs a lot in and we had boat rides, visited local farms and small businesses. We had a gorgeous lunch filled with local fish, meats, fruit and much more. Everything ran like clockwork. We left our pickup point at 8am and returned to our hotel at 4pm. I would highly recommend this activity.
Had a fantastic day with Thanh. Had been really looking forward to this trip and did not disappoint. Thanh was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we asked. We had a tasting at the coconut stop and also tasted local fruits from the garden we visited. We had a fantastic lunch so much couldn’t eat it all! Then we set off down the Mekong river in boats. It was a great trip and Thanh was excellent.
We had Thanh as our tour guide we was very friendly and helpful and knew a lot about the tour. His English was also very good and clear meaning he was easy to understand when going around.

We had an amazing trip to the Mekong Delta. Our guide, Thanh was really knowledgeable and helpful. He highlighted the unique fruit growing in the delta, demonstrated the candy production process and how King Cobra wine was made. He aided us all, my husband and I plus 5 ladies from Australia & New Zealand on and off the boats. I really enjoyed the drive to our restaurant and the sampan boat trip after lunch. Would definitely recommend this trip.
We had the most amazing trip with Thanh as our guide. Pick up was easy, and each component of the tour fitted seamlessly into the day. Thanh was very knowledgeable about any questions and was super friendly. This trip is perfect for anyone- it appealed to both myself and my dad, we found ourselves deeply immersed in all the culture of Vietnam. Our group was small, of 3 of us but this allowed us to easily ask any questions. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone- it ticks every box!!

This trip is such fun. You get to see some of the best of the Mekong produce. The ivory people at each island or farm greet you with a welcoming drink and a smile. They will show their special area- honey or bees or cocoa or coconut. Special mention of the chocolate and the coconut candy. It’s delicious. Our leader for the day was Thanh. He is knowledgeable and fun, and is so passionate about showing us the best of his country. It was a highly enjoyable experience, and I fully recommend this tour, and Thanh!
