Onze dag begint met een handige pick-up direct van uw hotel of accommodatie in Wenen.
Uw eerste stop is de prachtige Attersee, een van de grootste meren van Oostenrijk. Geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht en een korte pauze om foto's te maken van kristalhelder water omgeven door bergen.
Ga verder naar het charmante dorpje St. Gilgen, bekend om zijn traditionele Oostenrijkse sfeer en prachtige omgeving aan het Wolfgangmeer. Geniet van de tijd om te wandelen, foto's te maken of te ontspannen bij het meer.
Aankomst op het hoogtepunt van de dag — het sprookjesdorp Hallstatt. Je hebt ruime vrije tijd om te verkennen : Wandel langs de beroemde promenade langs het meer Bezoek het iconische uitzichtpunt met uitzicht op het dorp Ontdek cafés, winkels en lokale straten Facultatief : Skywalk uitzichtpunt of boottocht op het meer Uw chauffeur zal u tips geven zodat u het meeste uit uw bezoek kunt halen.
Bezoek Mondsee, beroemd om zijn historische kerk en pittoreske dorpsplein. Deze halte geeft een cultureel tintje aan uw Alpenreis.

We did this private day trip from Vienna and really enjoyed it. It’s a long day, but the drive through the lakes and mountains makes it worth it. Hallstatt was beautiful and we had enough time to walk around, take photos, and grab lunch. Our driver was friendly and gave us good tips without rushing us. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experience.

The driver was very good. However, I would not recommend this tour for anyone leaving from Vienna. We spent more than 4 hours each way getting to/from Halstatt. Once there, the tour was only 1 hour, 20 minutes. We had a difficult time finding a place to eat before we left. When we finally did find a place to eat, we had only 45 minutes before the driver was to pick us up. We had no time on our own to explore the beautiful town. Our recommendation is for those interested in visiting Halstatt, do so from Salzburg or stay at least one night in the town to really enjoy it. This was way too expensive and not worth the time spent.
Dear Jane, we agree it would be better to stay in Hallstatt an extra night as its one of the most popular places in Austria, but as its a one day tour it covers lots of other places. The travel time to Hallstatt was 4hrs with stops at Lake Attersee and St.Gilgen and includes a beautiful Austrian scenery. You had 4hrs in Hallstatt which included 1,5hrs of guided tour and after that you had your free time. We also offer our clients full flexibility on private tours, if they wish to stay longer, they can extend their stay or add other places, its always up to our clients.
