Medellin Metro Tour met vervoer inclusief Fernando Botero ́s Plaza

Daniel was such an amazing tour guide. We both learned so much and had such a fun day seeing the metro system with his guidance! Highly recommend this tour especially if you are interested in public transit and learning about how the city has been shaped by public transportation and various historical events. Would definitely book another tour with Daniel in the future :)

I had a great time with Alberto. He was more like a friend than a tour guide! I enjoyed the sites and experiences around the Museo de Antioquia: i.e., the Botero sculptures and the under-the-metro-line market. The cable car and metro experiences were also fun, as was the Acevedo area. Alberto made the excursion very memorable.

David was a great tour guide. He knew so much about the country - from the environments in the Andes and Amazon to fun facts about the neighborhoods in Medellín. He tailored the tour to our needs and the weather. We had a great day with him.

This was a great introduction to how the city operates. My guide was Santiago who was very patient and helpful when we used the metro system, including the cable cars. As I am still learning Spanish, Santiago’s English was very effective and communicating was no problem. Visiting another country, requires a bit of effort to learn the host language. Additionally, I am somewhat limited with recent health issues and the uphill walking was a bit challenging, Santiago was very encouraging and supportive. The natural surroundings were so refreshing, especially as it contrasted with the hectic city life. I was very impressed with Medellin’s clean and efficient rail system. People were friendly and even offered me cautionary advice when they saw my wallet and phone in my back pockets. It was an afternoon well-spent. I now have confidence to use the metro system on my own. And I am most likely to return to the Gardens for another tranquil day taking additional photos.

David did a fantastic job with our tour! He did a great job of hitting a variety of spots, lingering where we wanted to and moving more quickly through the parts we were less interested in. He also ensured my (older) parents were comfortable and the pace was good for them. He had tons of local information—both historical and tips for the rest of our trip. I’d gladly recommend him and the tour and would do other tours with him next time I return to Medellin.

Luis Reyes was a great guide for our 3 person group around Medellin. We booked the private tour for Christmas day and even with closures of some places due to the Christmas holiday, Luis was able to create a visually and experientially rich itinerary that took us to Plaza Botero (Museum of Antioquia was closed, Palace of Culture were closed) to see the Botero sculptures, rode the metro system to cable cars to/over eastern Medellin/Arvi Park (we didn't have enough time to explore the park given the late hour of the day), and Comuna 13 for graffiti and local celebrations for Christmas. Luis was a great and highly recommend as a guide.

Wow this tour is amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and made us feel safe at all times. We were disappointed because we taught we could enter the park Arvi and it was included in our package but I guess it wasn’t.

Again and again Esteban is a great guide / cousin / primo :)) We were comfortable with him, easy to talk with, ask him so informations or something you would like to do and he will give you advices.
