Masai Mara 3-daagse tour Safari Privé 4WD Landcruiser

We had the best time on our safari with Axis Africa!! We had a huge group of 27, all family, and Axis accommodated us all perfectly! We called our tour guides, the Big Five! Amos was our personal tour guide and driver. We all fell in love with them. He was SO knowledgeable about Kenya - its history and current political/economical/societal state, the geography, and all things about the animals there. We absolutely fell in love with Amos! His positive and fun personality was contagious, and we will miss being around him. Amos made all of our needs were met, answered all of our questions, and got to know each one of our names and things about us. We visited the Masai Mara , Lake Navaisha, and Amboseli. We spent a lot of time driving, and Amos made it so enjoyable. Amos wasn’t just our tour guide - he became our good friend. (Long live our War Bus crew!) We loved working with the other guides, and their positivity, camaraderie and kindness is something that we will also be taking away from our experience in Kenya.

We had an amazing experience with Axis Africa Safaris! We spent 3 days in Masai Mara with our guides Sadam and Bo. They were incredible! Driving in Kenya is not for the faint of heart. Sadam could get us anywhere quickly and safely. He and Bo are so knowledgeable about not just the animals that we are seeing, but the region, the agriculture, the history, everything! They could spot animals just about anywhere and could tell us all about them too. We got up close and personal with lions, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, a jaguar, a cheetah, elephants. It was mind-blowing to see these majestic animals in the wild. It seemed like everywhere we went, Sadam knew every other driver, ranger or guide. And we understand why — Sadam and Bo are over-the-top friendly, fun, polite, energetic, and so intuitive to the needs of our group. This was a once in a lifetime adventure that could not have gone better. Highly, highly recommend Axis and their guides: Sadam, Bo, Amos, Charles, Khalifa, and Kevin.

Amazing experience with our tour guide Ken (Axis Africa Safaris). We cannot be happier. Ken was a truly amazing and caring guide, took us to the best places. Our 3 day private tour has not ended yet, but we already saw most of the animal residents of Masai Mara - big thanks to Ken! Stay in Zebra Plains was beautiful.

We all had a Very good and a memorable experience right from booking with Tabitha who was very prompt and helpful to our guide Khalifa who was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and their location and got us great views and sightings wherever possible. The car was clean and comfortable too! Will love to book with them again!

We were thoroughly impressed by Axis Africa Safaris! They were very responsive, reliable and thorough with their initial information, flexible to accommodate our budget and needs. Our guide, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and flexible throughout the safari days. We booked a 2-day safari trip to Masai Mara and saw the big 4 (minus a black rhino) and an abundance of wild life, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, buffalo, waterbuck, zebras, impalas, warthogs and lots of birds. Ahmed communicated with other guides and changed routes to give us the best experience possible. He took a bunch of amazing photos with a professional camera and shared them with us. What a treat! Our camp was great too. We stayed at the Wild Nest and they took good care of us, providing generous packed lunches and decent buffet breakfasts and dinners. Overall, Axis Safaris organized a fantastic trip for us and we highly recommend them!

Woe I honestly have no words to describe how amazing this experience was. From the moment we left Nairobi until we arrived at the Maasai Mara everything was perfectly organized. The attention to detail was outstanding. They made sure we were comfortable safe and had every opportunity to see the incredible wildlife. Our guide Miguel was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about the Maasai Mara and its wildlife, and the local environment. He always made sure we had everything we needed including lunch water and plenty of breaks. The highlight of the trip was seeing the Big Five, which was truly epic and an unforgettable experience. Miguel went above and beyond to make our safari special. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning a safari. You will be in great hands from start to finish. Gracias

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. The whole experience of the safari was extraordinary. We saw lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants and so many more. This was largely due to John Mwangi. His knowledge was outstanding. He worked well with his colleagues to share information on animal sightings. He got us there safely and promptly. He made a trip of a lifetime better than we could ask for or imagine. His professionalism and kind temperament mixed with enthusiasm, punctuality and reliability made the tour brilliant and fun. No question was stupid. He made sure we had the best views of the animals. John Mwangi navigated tough terrain seamlessly. The transport was clean and very comfortable. This man is an asset, he deserves a pay rise. The accommodation and food was lovely. Nothing less than 4 stars. It was great value for money. Thank you

We had a fantastic Safari with brilliant accommodation. Our driver John Mwangi was wonderful nothing was too much trouble. He arrived on time everyday. We saw all the animals. We stayed at the Jambo Mara Lodge. Well worth every penny.

The safari was an excellent experience and a true adventure. Our tour guide made the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. We were a group of eight, and our driver, John Mwangi, was knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and respectful throughout the tour. His expertise and friendly attitude greatly enhanced our experience. Thank you again, John, for such a fun-filled and well-organized safari! One recommendation for larger groups: if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, it may be worth booking two vehicles, as the luggage compartment was quite small and space was limited.
