First off when we got picked up at our hotel by Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service I knew right then this was going to be a great day. Peter is great, not only as a driver a very informative one at that but very friendly and he made the trip seem like it was just good friends in a van together having a blast!! Rafting down the Martha Brae River was so peaceful and quaint as we picked a great time to go on a Sunday (no ship day) We were the only ones on the river and our Raft Captain (Captain G) was great also. We stopped for a brief moment to have Coconut Water from a real coconut and had a couple of Red Stripes. Captain G is very talented he also carves gourds into beautiful artwork that's worth taking a couple of them home. So if you're looking for someone to take great care of you and if you want to laugh while traveling to your excursion, please book it through Navar at Ultimate Excursions Tour & Taxi Service you want be disappointed!!

When we (myself, husband and 2 kids-14&7) booked our cruise with a stop in Jamaica, we had no idea what we were going to do, but one thing we enjoy traveling is riding through the town/country and seeing historical spots, supporting local businesses, eating local food etc. We stumbled upon Navar and his company while watching a YouTube video one of his previous tours had captured and he provided exactly what I mentioned above, so we booked and requested Navar! It was a smooth process finding him once our boat docked, he provided detailed instructions and greeted us with a big smile and a bubbly personality. We started the tour by heading to the bamboo rafting but it was SO busy! Navar suggested we head to Montego Bay Area so we could go through the town, try some food and most importantly, stop at the local market where you could buy fresh fruits and vegetables! Navar took us into the market, exchanged our USD for Jamaican currency and helped us with our transactions! We had fresh pineapple, drank the juice out of a jelly coconut and tried the jelly, tried sugar cane and a banana nut smoothie sold by Jamaican locals and natives. Everyone had a smile on and was so welcoming! Navar took us to a restaurant called Peppa’s where we tried oxtail, jerk chicken and curried lobster! Everyone enjoyed! During our tour of the town, Navar educated us on the town and its history and was a great host! We then headed back to the river for bamboo floating and guess what? We were the only 2 rafts floating down the peaceful blue river! It was awesome, our boat captains also provided history /facts along the way! Navar was waiting for us at the end of the river and got us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare! 10/10 recommend supporting this family business. We had Sasha drive us to rafting and it was amazing. She was on time, drove very safely and was very calm and accommodating. She had a lovely energy and really made the experience for us! 10/10!

My husband and I went to Jamaica for memorial weekend 2024 for our “baby moon”. I didn’t plan to do many excursions because I’m almost 7 months pregnant. But the ultimate excursion staff advised me Martha Brae rafting was pregnancy safe so we went . It was great . Our pick up was smooth and our driver was very knowledgeable , friendly , and even took us to get local fruit since I complained of the resort fruit . The rest was so relaxing and we really enjoyed being off the resort. 10/10 would recommend.

This was an incredible experience. We went with my husband. It was a 1-hour ride in the bamboo raft. I loved that you can stop at different "stations" buying drinks (coconut water), snacks. If you go please ask for Captain Williams #120, he sang Bob Marley songs to us, we had great conversations and made the experience joyful.

Navar picked us up from our lobby right on time and took good care of us. Rafting was so fun and relaxing. We jumped in the river to swim a little and just enjoyed the beautiful nature. It was nice to know all of our belongings were kept safe and we found our van easily when we were finished. Definitely no stress.

We booked 2 days of excisions and Damion was our driver/tour guide. He was excellent, patient, kind, and a ton of fun. He took really good care of us. I really recommend booking with Navar/Ultimate Excursions Tours & Taxi Service Jamaica!
