Deze wijntour is een geweldige kans om enkele van de beste Rosés uit de Provence te proeven, maar ook krachtige rode wijnen en aromatische en levendige witte wijnen. U voltooit uw kustexcursie met een bezoek aan een van de mooiste Provençaalse steden: Cassis of Aix en Provence of Lourmarin. Een geweldige manier om het lokale leven te proeven, te gaan winkelen of een kans te krijgen om te genieten van het heerlijke Franse eten dankzij de restaurantaanbevelingen van uw gids!

Je ontmoet je Engelssprekende wijnexpertgids op de cruisepier van Marseille. Hij zal je rijden in een comfortabele minibus met airconditioning voor maximaal 8 personen. Je bezoekt de hele dag 2 wijnhuizen, gaat achter de schermen om alles te weten te komen over het wijnbereidingsproces terwijl je de rijpingskamers bezoekt. Uw gids zal u op een ontspannen en leerzame manier uitleg geven over de bodem, het klimaat, de druivensoorten, het "terroir" maar ook het plukken, het snoeien, groen oogsten. Je proeft enkele van de beste Rosés, krachtige en uitgebalanceerde rode wijnen, en ook aromatische en levendige witte wijnen. Je gids leert je hoe je kunt proeven als een pro Je krijgt ongeveer 2 uur vrije tijd om te lunchen en een bezoek te brengen aan een van de mooiste steden van de omgeving: de charmante kleine haven van Cassis, of het pittoreske dorpje Lourmarin of de levendige en elegante stad Aix en Provence. U bent rond 16.30 uur terug in de cruisehaven van Marseille (andere terugkomsttijd mogelijk - wordt na uw boeking met u bepaald).

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Vertrekpunt: bij Marseille Cruise Pier, waar uw cruiseschip zal aanmeren. Wanneer je het cruiseschip verlaat, zie je verschillende gidsen met borden. Zoek ongeveer 5 minuten voor de vertrektijd van de wijntour naar iemand met een bord "Provence Wine Tour". Adres: We kunnen geen precies adres geven, omdat dit afhangt van waar uw cruiseschip op die dag zal aanmeren. (Er zijn meerdere locaties mogelijk in de grote Marseille Cruise Port). We hebben echter contact met de havenautoriteiten en zullen ervoor zorgen dat we die dag naar de speciale pier komen waar uw schip zal aanmeren.

- Minimum aantal van 6 deelnemers geldt. De excursie kan na uw boeking worden geannuleerd als het minimum aantal deelnemers niet wordt bereikt. In een dergelijke situatie zullen wij u een alternatief voorstellen of u een terugbetaling geven.

We had the most wonderful day with Jean-Gabriel. He took us to the best wineries and had a wealth of knowledge about wine and wine making which he readily shared with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely look for Jean-Gabriel the next time we are in the area.
A wonderful day of discovery with excellent wines, and what can I say about the Provençal decor! A short stop for lunch in Aix-en-Provence to discover the charm of the area. Very satisfied with our excursion and the guide Eric, who was very attentive.
This was the perfect tour for our family. Anya was a fantastic guide and took us to two fantastic wineries and then free time in Cassis. We had a fantastic lunch and my wife enjoyed strolling through the shops. Anya was very personable, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. What a great tour!!

Great guide who was also the driver. He was very knowledgeable and patient with questions. The vehicle was extremely clean and his driving was impeccable. We visited two lovely wineries and got to spend a couple of hours in Aix.

Our driver was not at the ship at the scheduled time. No one informed us that he was going to be late so we got nervous and started walking to find him at perhaps another pier all the while trying to get in touch with Viator. We finally got in touch with Viator only to find out he was going to be late. Not a great start to ended up being a fabulous tour.

We had a wonderful experience on our tour with a professional guide, who explained quite a bit about the region itself and the food and wine and culinary processes. We went to two wineries met the owner in one and the manager in the other. We tasted three different wines at each winery And got to walk amongst the grapes in the vineyard. Between the two visits we got to relax and have a lunch in the seaside village of Cassie. This was a very picturesque little village right on the water with many cafés and shops close by. I would definitelyrecommend this tour to others. The small group was for six people, and it was me my wife, my mother-in-law, and my brother-in-law as well as another couple who joined the group.

Our tour guide Loris met us right at the cruise port and led us on a awesome day of winetasting and sightseeing in the Provence region of France. Our morning was spent wine tasting at 2 separate vineyards each with their own distinctive methods for making wine. It provided a nice contrast and both make delicious wines. We then headed to the town of Aix-en Provence for a delicious lunch recommended by the tour company (They made the reservation for us weeks in advance) After lunch there was time to explore this lovely little town before Loris dropped us back at the port. They even handled the shipping back to the US of wines we purchased from the vineyards. It was an amazing excursion better than anything our ship could have provided.
