Marrakech Traditionele Hammam Massage Ervaring met Transfers

The message was great but it was supposed to be at 12 we got a message that our pickup has been moved to 12:40 so we wouldn't have to wait for the girls to get back from lunch. When we got there they were rushing us to get undressed to start. After we finished and where getting dressed they said to hurry up that our driver was outside then when we got outside there waz a man arguing with our driver when we asked what it was about he said the man was trying to make us go back and leave a tip. We asked to go back but he said no you don't have too. We didn't leave a tip because they were rushing us out the door and we didn't have time to dig in our bags for cash. It was a bit confusing

Hammam a bit 'robust', massage super. A bit more friendliness during the hammam treatment would not be amiss. Only one changing room leads to bottlenecks. Price/performance ok.

No pick up. No show. No text or info. Viator please do something. its a shame having this on your platform when this kind of things is happening on your platform.

I was quite disappointed with the experience because the pictures used to advertise the hammam were misleading and gave me a completely different expectation of what the environment would actually be like. Unfortunately, the setting did not meet my expectations. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ibrahim, the manager, was particularly amazing and went out of his way to look after us and make sure we were comfortable. His customer service really stood out and made a positive difference to our experience. Overall, while the environment was not what I expected based on the advertising, I really appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the staff, especially Ibrahim.

No experience to describe because no one came to pick us up and no one wants to refund us, it was a rip-off.

Such a shame to have to leave a low review especially as the reception staff actually were great trying to help but the overall experience for 4 of us was not great at all. To start trying to get an answer from then is impossible to sort out collection points and times. Had to ring viator to contact them in the end. Arrived an hour early and had to ask multiple times to change location as were to far away. Got there seemed fine, very unclean place though, robes are falling apart and there was no towels given. I didn't want to be "naked" pants were not suited for me I'm a bigger girl. Lady kept pulling my costume down tried explaining I was fine to not take it off but she kept going in end thought ok just us to it's fine. Unfortunately upon opening eyes I seen the window to the door was open as men and women leisurely walked past not good at all when lying there naked. This also happened to other 3 friends I was with. I Also got soap in eye due to the communication barrier she didn't understand I was asking for a towel to wipe my eyes she kept throwing water in them. Eventually she grabbed someone when I tried to knock on a door naked to find someone as I was in that much pain to then be handed toilet roll (in a wet room haha) stuck to eyes. In end I grabbed robe from the passage and left that part isn't there fault English wasn't great but not a good experience for me feeling helpless. Then left to sit no water or tea offered as stated. Forgot about eventually found me and send for massage. Now this was lovely no complaints at all. Then we all waited 45 mins passed to be told driver would not be coming after a lot of calls they eventually did agree with help of reception but waited for nearly 1 hour 40 minuets to get back. Just wasn't great over all to be honest

My partner and I wanted something authentic instead of a hotel spa, and this turned out to be a great decision. Abdouahed arrived a few minutes early for the pickup and everything went smoothly. The staff welcomed us warmly and the entire hammam experience felt traditional rather than commercial. The facilities were very clean and the atmosphere was calm from beginning to end. We would definitely book again if we return to Marrakech.
