I was a bit skeptical at first, but this trip proved me wrong. What a great experience, so helpful to my wife who has difficulty moving. Made her feel most welcome and very grateful! Would recommend to anyone for a once in lifetime experience. Ballon captain Elenea was magnificent as well as driver and staff!

Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Our balloon pilot was terrific. She definitely added to the experience. Communication could be a little better. When we arrived at the balloon landing site, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for information on the process and when we would go up in the balloon. We were just standing around waiting and weren't sure who was in charge. The camel ride was fun. The staff members were fun and made sure we had great pictures.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience, but there were several things that could be improved—especially considering the price of the tour. The highlights: Captain Noor, the hot-air-balloon pilot, was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, capable, professional, and clearly very experienced. She was also able to communicate in multiple languages, including English and French, and I cannot say enough good things about her. The balloon ride itself was beautiful and was definitely the highlight of the experience. The breakfast was also very good, with a beautiful setup and attentive servers. Pickup was exactly on time at 5:30 a.m., which I really appreciated. The main issues: The tour was advertised as a sunrise hot-air-balloon ride, but by the time we actually flew, the sun had already risen and the flight was closer to 7:00–7:30 a.m., so it did not feel like a sunrise experience. There was also very little communication about the itinerary or the sequence of activities. We would arrive somewhere, the driver would open the door, and we were essentially left to figure out what we were supposed to do next. The driver was very nice, but she did not speak English, which made the lack of communication more noticeable. I also specifically paid for the camel ride, but it appeared that the driver was not aware that I had booked it. I had to tell her about it just before she was about to leave with the other guests, and she then took me to a different location for the camel ride. Another disappointment was learning through conversations with the other guests that people had paid significantly different prices for what appeared to be the same tour. I understand that pricing can vary depending on where or when someone books, but finding out that I had paid roughly one-third more than some other guests was disappointing. Finally, I was picked up only about a three-minute walk from my riad, which was extremely convenient. However, on the return, I was told that the driver could not drop me off in the same location, even though it was the same type of van and I had specifically requested it. Instead, I was dropped off about a 12-minute walk away. This may not sound like a huge difference, but carrying my belongings in the heat after an early-morning tour was inconvenient, particularly when the pickup location had been so close to my riad. Overall, the balloon ride, Captain Noor, and breakfast were excellent, but the communication, itinerary coordination, camel-ride coordination, and drop-off experience could definitely be improved. For the price of the tour, I expected a more organized and seamless experience.

The Hot Air Balloon experience was fantastic. Captain Yanis had a great, welcoming personality. He played great music while in flight. It was a great experience. My flight time doing it. The camel ride not so much. It was basic at best. Thank goodness the balloon ride overshadowed everything.

Fantastic morning! Everything was very well organised & every staff member was incredibly professional. Shoutout to Abdul who took us on a camel ride on the way home! Highly recommend :)
