Ontdek het beste van Marlborough wijnland tijdens een ontspannen en plezierige halve dag wijntour georganiseerd door gepassioneerde lokale gidsen. Uw ervaring begint met gratis ophalen bij uw Blenheim accommodatie ongeveer 15 minuten voor vertrek. Gedurende ongeveer 4 uur bezoekt u een selectie van premium Marlborough kelderdeuren, te beginnen met een award winnend wijngaardrestaurant en kelderdeur waar u kunt genieten van een begeleide wijnproeverij voordat u ontspant tijdens de lunch tussen de wijngaarden. Lunch is op eigen kosten. Na de lunch kunt u genieten van proeverijen bij twee extra kelderdeuren met internationaal gerenommeerde wijnen van Marlborough. Onze tours richten zich op kwaliteit boven kwantiteit, het creëren van een ontspannen, sociale en informatieve ervaring. Alle standaard kosten voor het proeven van kelderdeuren zijn inbegrepen en als de tijd het toelaat, zal uw Gids ook inzichten delen in wijngaardbeheer en de Marlborough-wijnindustrie.

Begin uw ervaring in een van Marlborough's bekroonde Winery Restaurants, uw à la carte menu zal worden begeleid met hun Reserve Tasting of een glas wijn naar keuze, de middag zal dan genieten van nog eens 2 Cellar Door ervaringen. We zijn niet in staat om van buitenaf centrale Blenheim gebieden te verzamelen op onze Middag Halve Dag Tour, deze gebieden omvatten; Havelock, Picton, Dillon's Point, Rarangi, Taylor Dam, controleer dan via e-mail rechtstreeks naar Discovery Wine Tours. Deze tour is niet geschikt voor gasten die via cruiseschip Port Marlborough Picton naar Marlborough komen

Had a wonderful time on the Discovery Wine tour. The service from Tony our tour guide was excellent from pick up to drop off. On a very rainy day in Blenheim it was a real bonus to be picked up and dropped off at the door. We visited 3 wineries where we sampled a variety of wines, (also visited a cheese shop and chocolate factory) there was no hard sell or rush and the whole afternoon was a joy. Such was also delicious. The whole experience was improved by Tony our guide who was personable and interesting, and was pitched at just tge right speed.
Tony was a fantastic guide. He even did a little detour to a bakery so we could pick up lamingtons. It was much appreciated! What a really fun day. I highly recommend this tour.

We joined the tour on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Kevin was our driver and guide for the day, was very knowledgeable and looked after us all very well. We felt the tour was good value for money. You pay extra for lunch but that was made clear at the time of booking and again by Kevin at the start of the tour. We spent a very enjoyable 4 hours visiting 3 vineyards around the Blenheim area and a bonus visit to a chocolate factory where we had a little tasting. We had a wine tasting with lunch at Saint Clair which was delicious. Lunch was outside sitting in the sunshine. This was followed by a visit to Gibson Bridge where we had a tasting led by the very informative owner of the winery. Our final stop of the day was at Whitehaven which was also very enjoyable. All in all a great afternoon, thank you.

Excellent wine tour with lots of great insights from our guide Kevin. The lunch at Saint Clair Family estate was spectacular. Everyone in our group loved their meal.
Kevin picked us up in his mini van and introduced us to our group for the afternoon. We then began our tour of three cellar doors and even had a bonus trip to the chocolate factory We had a delicious lunch sitting in the sunshine drinking wine…perfect! He was so knowledgeable and made the afternoon such fun Would highly recommend
We had a fantastic day with Discovery Wine Tours and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marlborough. The tour was a very small group, which made the experience relaxed and personal. Lunch at St Clair was excellent and a perfect stop during the day. One of our favorite discoveries was Gibson Bridge Winery, a tiny boutique winery we never would have found on our own. Their Pinot Gris was outstanding and one of the best wines we tasted. A big thank you to Tony, our driver, who was personable, knowledgeable, and made the day run smoothly. We loved every winery we visited and came away with several new favorites. A wonderful experience!
