Na de pick-up of het ontmoetingspunt en alle informatie en verhalen verteld door onze gidsen, gaan we het stadion in om een wedstrijd te bekijken in de Tempel van het Voetbal: Estádio Jornalista Mário Filho, of gewoon Maracanã. We zullen op de tribune zitten met de lokale fans, waar ze zullen zingen, vlaggen zullen wapperen en bier in hun handen zullen hebben. In het Maracanã kun je bier drinken, maar ook frisdrank, hotdogs, hamburgers en andere snacks. Elke beweging is een andere emotie, je ziet het op de gezichten van de mensen als ze schreeuwen, lachen en zelfs huilen. Na afloop van de wedstrijd ontmoeten we elkaar weer op een ontmoetingspunt in het stadion en voor degenen die voor een transfer hebben gekozen, brengen we ze terug naar hun respectieve hotels en voor degenen die voor het ontmoetingspunt vlakbij het stadion hebben gekozen, laten we ze daar achter.

Marius was the PERFECT guide! He was incredibly communicative and made our experience seamless. Pick up/drop were superb. The energy in the stadium was truly incredible.

We booked this through GetYourGuide "Rio: Maracanã Stadium Football Match Ticket & Pvt Transport ". Our guide was Bruno...I have never had a guide that made my tour so exciting. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and shared informative insights about Brazilian football, and football in general. Bruno explained to us the stadium etiquette, the stadium access process, and found us a very nice seating spot, where we sat as a group. Bruno explained the lyrics, including "Meeengoooo", helped us join the chants and the hand waving. It was amazing. We were standing most of the 90+ minutes of playtime, and never felt tired. At the end of the game, he guided us back to the van, gave us an emergency meeting spot, even though we never needed. Bruno took us back to the meeting point by the Copacabana beach, and explained how we could safely walk back yo our hotel, 2km away, after midnight. We never felt unsafe. What an amazing day out, on my birthday. Thanx Bruno.

From the moment we booked the game until the second it ended, Marius went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing time! We missed half the game (our fault) and we still had an unforgettable night at Maracanã! The atmosphere was amazing and Marius was unbelievably welcoming, attentive, friendly, and warm. He also made sure we were all together, especially leaving the stadium, and gave us a meeting point in case we got lost. We had an absolute blast with him and the rest of the group. We didn’t want the night to end! 100000% would do it again next time we’re in Rio! Thank you so much for everything!!!
I truly wanted to experience an in person match to feel the energy and become a fan of a futbol club. Marius and his team made this wish come true! The fee was reasonable and included an information and history session, round-trip transportation, and entry into the match. The transportation van was roomy, comfortable, modern, and had a/c. Offered a pleasant experience even while battling rush hour traffic! Our guide paid special attention to our group to make sure we started together and experienced the fanfare on our short walk to the gates of Maracanã. The seats we were assigned in the stadium were fine. They provided great views of the home team goal in the second half. Maracanã Stadium is absolutely huge! And I could only appreciate the magnitude of such a historical venue with the help of the insights shared with us by Marius! The home team won! So, you know the excitement and fanfare was incredible! This tour group created an unforgettable experience for me! I highly recommend!
We wanted the full Brazilian football experience and Marius organised the perfect tour for us! He met us at our hotel and we went by metro to mingle with the locals, eat street food and have a beer before heading into the stadium. We had requested to be behind the goal and the atmosphere was incredible, the drums, the chanting, the cheers. Everyone was so friendly and excited. That said - it was a fantastic atmosphere wherever you were in the stadium. Marius is clearly a huge fan, has amazing energy and taught us all the chants so we were soon singing at the top of our voices. To top it all Flamengo won 8 - nil! You can imagine the celebrations!. At the end Marius saw us safely into an Uber. This was a genuine highlight of our 2 weeks in Brazil.
The experience is amazing. From check-in to check-in everything was perfect. It is a very pleasant and exciting experience. The team of guides was sensational, extremely attentive and concerned about the safety of the whole group. The logistics is very good, everything planned to ensure all safety at the event. Guia Marius and his team (there are several support throughout the tour) is an excellent professional and performed an incredible job, with a lot of attention, respect and concern with everyone in the group (treated everyone with the same attention Brazilians and foreigners). The driver Rafael was also very helpful and took us with total safety in the traffic. Parabéns. I highly recommend this experience, it was worth the investment!
