Mangrove-nachttour
Beschrijving
Deze tour is een van de meest opwindende, omdat je de nachtdieren kunt waarderen die overdag niet worden waargenomen. Als de duisternis valt, lijkt het alsof alles slaapt, maar in werkelijkheid is de nacht het ontwaken van een groot deel van het dierenleven, dat voor veel mensen onbekend is. Afhankelijk van uw voorkeur kunt u kiezen tussen water of land, wandelen door tropische bospaden, kajakken of varen door de mangrovekanalen van Isla Damas.

Amfibieën, reptielen, insecten en zoogdieren zullen worden gewaardeerd, die meestal op zoek gaan naar voedsel. Bijvoorbeeld slangen, spinnen, motten, uilen, soorten kikkers, zoals de Red Eyes-boomkikker. Ook zult u slapende dieren zoals apen, wasberen, leguanen, onder andere zeer interessant vinden.

We had a great time on the evening boat tour of the mangrove. Andreas was our guide and shared excellent information about the local ecosystem and different stage all the way out to the ocean. The whole team helped and made sure we saw as much as possible.

This was the coolest thing we did in CR! Our tour guide- LeAndrew was so passionate and informative. We saw an anteater, a sloth, two snakes, some king fish, a possum and several other animals. Dont miss this one!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night time tour. It was so peaceful to be on the water at night. The guides were informative and very friendly and we were lucky enough to see a large crocodile in the water! Along with frogs, basilisks, birds, crabs and more.

We did a night mangrove tour with Oscar and would highly recommend it! He spotted many exotic birds, frogs, lizards, and bats, and was very knowledgeable about each species. Seeing the jungle at night from a boat was a unique experience we’ll always remember.
