De chauffeur haalt uw hotel om 08:00 uur of 14:00 uur op. Starttijd is klantkeuze. Daarna starten we een halve dagtour vanuit Royal Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery, Atumashi Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda, Sandarmuni Pagoda, Kyautkawgyi Pagoda en Mandalay Hill .

Toegang: 07.30 - 16.30 uur. Het koninklijk paleiscomplex van de glinsterende reconstructie van Mandalay uit de jaren negentig is indrukwekkend vanwege zijn omvang, met meer dan 40 houten gebouwen.
Shwenandaw Monastery.Fijne teak klooster-tempel staat bekend om zijn beeldhouwwerk, met name het interieur vergulde jataka-taferelen.
Atumashi-klooster.Het werd gebouwd in 1857 door koning Mindon en was een van het laatste grote religieuze bouwproject van de koning.
Kuthodaw-pagode. Bestaande uit vergulde pagode, honderden heiligdommen met marmeren platen en verschillende paviljoens.
Het standbeeld weegt naar verluidt 40,924,8 pond.
Kyauktawgyi Pagoda.This is 900 ton Boeddha, 26ft lang en gekleed in koninklijke kledij.
Kusinara-pagode aan de voet van de heuvel van Mandalay. En deze pagode heeft een prachtig Boeddhabeeld.
Eindelijk zullen we onze tour op Mandalay Hill beëindigen. Het is 760 ft heuvel. Het inzendpunt is vooral populair bij zonsondergang. We komen tenslotte terug naar uw hotel. Opmerking-Mahamuni Pagoda toegangsprijzen 5000MMK voor één persoon, Mandalay Zone kosten 10000MMK voor één persoon, Mandalay Hill toegangsprijzen 1000MMK voor één persoon.

If your stay in Mandalay is limited, I would definitely recommend going on this half day tour to get to know the most important sights of Mandalay. My driver, Ko Bala, was very friendly and professional and explained the basics of what I was seeing. The car was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

A pleasant half-day tour away from the hustle and bustle of the street and noise. A very pleasant circuit. Friendliness, discretion of the driver, Mr YE LIN OO is very professional, attentive and drives very well This half day could be enjoyed by anyone of any age (watch out for the steps! )Thank you!

The sights themselves would be as you would expect. However the driver struggled to communicate where we were going or able to make conversation. Though a pleasant chap and clean car, I was travelling alone so it was rather boring and hot (no air con) in the car. I liked the LV seat covers! Nice touch!

We did the half day sightseeing tour with Mr Yay and it was great! We chose the 2pm pick up so we could watch the sunrise from the Mandalay Hill it was beautiful. Mr Yay is a great driver, always early for pick up but allows you to take your time with each stop it's up to you and he never rushes you, he's very curtious opening doors and providing free water ect and he speaks good English and will answer any questions you have but also leaves you be and doesn't keep chatting at you like some drivers which we loved. We liked Mr Yay so much we requested him to take us to Dee dote waterfall a few days later, we went on a weekday and had the place to ourselves, we would highly recommend this trip, it was pure bliss. I did both the half day tour of mandalay and the drive to bagan. This is a nice and easy way to get around the sights of Mandalay. My driver was good and cautious. He is not a guide, but he spoke english and gave the basics about what i was seeing.
