The experience was the highlight of our trip! The venue brought a home style vibe, the staff was like family, and the food was delicious! As a multi-generational family, the cooking experience was exceptional for all of us. Anna was an amazing chef and teacher. We will book another experience when we visit again!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence! We learned how to make traditional Tuscan panzanella along with two different types of fresh pasta, all from scratch. The class was hands-on, informative, and a lot of fun. Our instructor did an excellent job explaining each step and sharing the history and traditions behind the dishes. The small group setting made it easy to ask questions and get involved throughout the experience. Everything was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Sitting down to enjoy the meal we had prepared ourselves, paired with great conversation and a beautiful Florentine setting, made for a truly memorable experience. If you're visiting Florence and want an authentic taste of Tuscan cuisine, this class is a must-do.
