I attended a fresh pasta course in Florence and it was a simply extraordinary experience! From the first moment we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in an authentic and attention to detail, in the heart of the city. The chef, passionate and well prepared, guided us step by step in the preparation of real fresh Italian pasta explaining techniques, secrets and curiosities about the Tuscan tradition. Each explanation was clear and engaging, perfect for both beginners and those who already have some cooking experience. The best part? Put literally “hands in the dough” and then taste together the result of our work, accompanied by excellent local wine. A convivial, fun and authentic moment, which made me feel part of Italian culture. I recommend this course to anyone visiting Florence and wanting to live a real experience, far from the usual
Great experience. Stefano, the chef, very helpful, easygoing and professional. We spent a fantastic afternoon in company and I think it is very useful for those who have to approach Italian cuisine. Despite not having much experience in the cooking industry, I enjoyed and learned. Very useful and nice idea to leave the recipes of what we cook together during the course: I will try to cook everything independently at home. I recommend this experience to everyone!

Dear MaMa Florence team, if I would say it in one word, I would use "fabulous". I rarely grade my experience with 9's or 10's but cooking with Cheff Erica was as close to that grade as possible. Cheff Erica prepared a great cooking plan, that allowed me to be 100% involved. Even I am (as an ex. military) used to hear "hard critique" she kept calm all the time and never shout at me :). Her tuttoring in making pasta, ragu, pancanella salad, tiramisu... even made cooking look easy :) and Cheff Erica's advice about gluten-free pasta helped me in successfull meal bach home... The experience I had even made me thinking in returning to Florence, have some more clasess in Italian/Tuscany cusine or even search for some longer-term cooking experience. THANK YOU CHEFF ERICA. We enjoyed the Mama Florence Corzetti cooking class. There were 6 people in this class. We made wonderful food and were stuffed when the class was over.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class on our honeymoon. The chef was fantastic and we learned how to make two different pastas from scratch with one other couple. The location was a little difficult to find so be sure to have clear directions. We would definitely do it again and will be trying these recipes at home!
