Rondreisopties
Reisroute

What an amazing tour! Even in the heat, it was totally worth it. Chris is an incredible guide full of local knowledge and contacts. And Charlie was the best driver ever. Highly recommended. 11/10!
This was a really awesome experience. I ended up in a small group, which meant we could use a small van and wind through small streets easily. For a single day to explore outside Valletta, I would say this hit everything. And if you have any chance, DO the Blue Grotto. Bring 10 euro cash. Sit on the left side of the boat for the best pictures. Our guide, Christian, who is a native, gave us all sorts of information, and knew so many people as we wandered the streets. More like when you show visiting family your town than an impersonal guide. The lunch was also outstanding, highly recommend all the authentic Maltese options (although french fries with rabbit being authentic still seems odd...) Rabat and Mdina were both interesting historically. Personally I preferred the Grotto/catacombs/WWII shelters in Rabat. So much history in one location. While not part of this tour, I learned Valletta would be having a religious festival and procession of an icon that evening, and so I went out and saw that too. I would never had known without his knowledge though.
I highly recommend the highlights tour with Chris. Chris was very knowledgable & interesting on a wide range of things. I really enjoyed going to see the Mosta Rotunda, the blue grotto, Rababt & Mdina.
Our all day Malta tour with Chris was fantastic and an excellent value! It was just two pairs of us guests, so felt almost like a private tour. Transportation was easy and convenient, all the points of interest were fascinating, free time to explore was ample but not excessive, and the included lunch was delicious in a beautiful countryside setting. Chris is vastly proud of and knowledgeable about his home country - he taught us a lot along the way and incorporated fun personal anecdotes and family history into the day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the highlights of Malta!
Great tour and wonderful guide. Christian was very knowledgeable and made sure he gave us all the historical and cultural information about each site. Due to bad weather we were not able to board a boat to see the lagoon up close but that is not the tours fault. Be prepared to walk a bit in some places. The lunch was ok, you had a choice between Maltese charcuterie board and pasta with Maltese sausage for appetizer, and for the mains it was between rabbit and fish. We went during Holy Week so the churches were preparing for festivities, which were really cool!
The tour is absolutely worth it. Our tour guide, Stephen, was more than knowledgeable. We liked that he is passionate when transmitting the information. The sites we visited were just the right amount for the time we had. The food was delicious. We didn't want the tour to end.
Lively, interesting and none stop information and facts. Excellent tour and a pleasure to walk with Chris. From the informal introductions to the local facts and stories the whole tour was faultless. Thank you.
Chris was my guide. He had lived there all his life, been a big part of local events and he brought things from the past to life at every turn. He was incredible! I highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Super experience! My friends and I were in a group of a total of 6. Glad we weren't so many people. A friendly and humorous local guide took us around and told about Mdina, Rabat, 2. World War shelters and catacombs. 5/5:)
What a wonderful tour guide Chris is. He is a local from Rabat and you can tell how much he loves his home town. It was a pleasure being shown round by him and you can tell by his interactions with nearly every local we met how well liked a guy he is. The group was a maximum of 12 so a really personalised tour. Chris was full of interesting and fascinating facts and also had some funny stories. The catacombs were a real delight to see and not every tour visits these. So glad I chose this tour and cannot recommend it enough.
