- Als uw accommodatie nog niet bevestigd is, raden we u aan om The SkyCity Hotel nu te selecteren - u kunt het later bijwerken indien nodig! - Wij bieden handige pick-ups van geselecteerde hotels. Als uw locatie er niet bij staat, kiest u gewoon de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare optie en ontmoet u ons daar. - Pick-ups starten tot 20 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd. Wees dan alsjeblieft klaar en wacht buiten op een vlotte start. - Pick-up locaties worden gepland op basis van elke tour en kan variëren per dag. Als er wijzigingen zijn in uw ophaalplek, laat het ons dan van tevoren weten. - Onze gidsen maken meerdere stops en komen mogelijk binnen 10 minuten aan. Om de tour op schema te houden, raden we aan 5-10 minuten eerder klaar te zijn, omdat we niet kunnen wachten op late aankomsten. - Aangezien onze hotel pick-ups werken vanuit het centrum van CBD, kunnen gasten die zich in de buurt van de luchthaven of Zuid Auckland bevinden worden opgehaald bij The Sebel, Auckland Manukau op 16 Lakewood Court, Manukau City Centre, Auckland 2104,

9th April. Great day out, Wayne our driver was superb, very helpful, punctual & very informative about the area en route. Pick up after tour as stated & drop off at Hobbiton was as close as possible due to the rain. A must visit even if you're not a Tolkien/Hobbit fan. Note, the payment was in $US so higher than I expected when checking my bank statement

This was a wonderful trip! Liam was a great driver and guide, giving background info about the areas we passed thru on the long drive there and back again. The 44 hobbit holes were fantastic and the hobbit house we toured was incredibly detailed. I wanted to move in! This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you!

Hobbiton Movie Tour was really cool - but transport by Expedigo Tours to location was cramped and uncomfortable. Our driver was an excellent safe driver and personable - but the actual transport in the sprinter Van for the 2+ hour drive was very cramped. They crammed in too many seats across 4 across vs. 2 and 2 configuration. The AC wasn't working well either too cold in the back and hot in the front. I always opt for small group tours - but for Hobbiton Movie set it really isn't necessary - you can take big comfortable tour bus to the location or look for small group tours with fewer seats or different configuration. At the Movie set they break you into smaller groups and put you on a medium sized tour bus to take you out to the movie set/farm for the actual tour so you're with a slightly larger group than you came with anyway.

I’m sorry to hear the ride felt uncomfortable. We use German vehicles like Volkswagen and Mercedes Sprinters, and the seat sizing and layout are fairly standard for this type of vehicle. That said, we completely understand it can feel more compact compared to larger coaches, especially on a longer journey. Temperature can also be a bit tricky to balance in a van with guests from all over — some prefer it warmer, others cooler — but we’ll definitely take your comments on board as we’re always looking to improve the experience.
