Bewonder het majestueuze Koninklijk Paleis van Madrid. Een kleine groep van maximaal 10 personen zorgt voor een veel comfortabelere, flexibelere en boeiendere ervaring. Het is gemakkelijker om je door de stad te verplaatsen, toegang te krijgen tot plaatsen die grotere groepen niet kunnen bereiken en te genieten van een meer ontspannen tempo met tijd voor vragen en interactie.

Dit charmante plein vol toeristen was in de middeleeuwen het hart van de stad; hier vonden openbare executies, religieuze ceremonies of heidense feesten plaats.
We bezoeken de Almudena-kathedraal, die aan het einde van de 20e eeuw werd voltooid. Dit maakt het een van de modernste kathedralen ter wereld.
Ontdek een van de grootste paleisen van Europa. In totaal meer dan drieduizend kamers van waaruit de koningen van Spanje heersten over gebieden variërend van Amerika tot de Filippijnse eilanden.
Dit prachtige plein is ontworpen tijdens het bewind van Jose Bonaparte, de broer van Napoleon zelf. In het midden van het plein bewonderen we het monument voor koning Felipe IV uit de 17e eeuw die het plein voorzit.
We eindigen onze wandeltocht bij het imposante Teatro Real. Dit operagebouw werd in 1850 ingewijd door koningin Isabel II. Sindsdien heeft het zich gevestigd als het centrum van het muzikale leven in Madrid.

Javier is an excellent guide; he knows the city like no one else, is pleasant, friendly, recommends where to eat, where to enjoy some tapas, and teaches about the historical places of Madrid. Two hours that flew by. The best for someone who does not know Madrid, has a spectacular photo album. It is the best thing a tourist who does not know Madrid can do; Javier is an excellent guide, knows everything about the city, and is very attentive. Two hours that flew by. He knows where the best food, the best sweets, and the best tapas are. We started at Puerta del Sol and ended at the Royal Palace. He tells the stories of Madrid with authority. We greatly enjoyed the walk, showing photos of what existed 50, 60, and more years ago. The next time I go, I will take the tour of the Literary Quarter of Madrid. I hope Javier offers it.

The best decision I made regarding my trip to Madrid was booking this tour! Thanks to Tatiana I learned everything I needed to know to be able to appreciate Madrid. When I visited the museums I understood what I was looking at. When I was in the squares I could imagine everything that happened there. When I observed the buildings I understood the architecture. She is so extremely knowledgeable that I was able to get answers to all my questions, especially about history. I HIGHLY recommend this tour, and I recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip, so you can appreciate all the days after.
This tour was amazing. Tatiana is so knowledgeable and friendly, you can tell she really loves Madrid. She covered all of the highlights and gave us great info on the history of Madrid. She also gave our group recommendations for other places to go to eat, drink, or see Flamenco. We even went over time since we were a small group so that Tatiana could show us more of Madrid. Will recommend to everyone I know!
